Can t speak highly enough of the customer service provided by Flamerite Recently purchased a house with a Flamerite fire in situ but without a remote control Rang the company who immediately sourced a remote and provided instructions how to synchronise it with the fire Thank you for excellent support

Well made quality product

After a lot of searching we settled on the Flamerite Ennio as we liked the super flame effect and the fact it was made in Lichfield UK Although the price was a little more than we had in our budget it was well worth it for such a quality product It looks amazing in our refurbished fireplace

Stylish fire giving atmosphere to the room

The fire was delivered sooner than we expected It was the wrong model but the issue quickly rectified without issue It is a quality product It looks stylish and substantial It is easy to operate and the app is easy to manage Very helpful staff when called up company to register product Would strongly recommend

Contacted Flamerite to ask how to resolve a problem with a defective bulb on a Luma 1200 fire Within 24 hours they sent two new bulbs free of charge and advised how to remove and replace the bulb Very impressed with the service we received
