I can honestly say that Jake the customer service advisor dealt with my issue promptly and professionally He sorted the issue out immediately called me back when he said he would and kept me informed about my delivery then followed up post delivery to make sure I was happy Jake gave me a 5 response to a situation outwith his companies control

The fire place came and I didn t expect it too be so big but the design quality and the easy instructions made it all come together in a matter of minutes I bought the 74 inch fire and although I know this is a large fire it isn t until you see the box it comes in that you realise just how big it is The fire its self is amazing and beautiful all the light settings really set the mood to whatever you are feeling I bought mine with the fake logs and stones and this just adds to the beauty of the fire The fire is excellent 5 stars and from start to finish Flames have been excellent also 5 stars
