With living so far away flawless fine offer video calls to help pick and design your ring which was ideal for me Miles knowledge was brilliant and he helped me design the ring I had described I wanted within budget When designing Miles would send me links of updates so I could see everything he had done and change what I wanted It was delivered the day I asked and the whole process was discreet as I didn t have to go anywhere They also offer free resizing and free lifetime cleaning on the ring I would recommend flawless fine jewellery to anyone Thank you so much

After browsing a lot of jewellers my heart was set on Flawless So many beautiful designs to pick from and our consultation was perfect Serge was so patient and we spent a good two hours looking at and trying different diamonds I was able to look at the diamond outside in the daylight rather than only indoors and Serge changed the diamond and setting back and forth at least 15 times He got several different carats for me to try to ensure I found the perfect size for me It took 6 weeks for the ring to be made and they were the longest weeks of my life although I waited 11 years for my fianc to pop the question - Really happy and so pleased with my ring Can t recommend Flawless enough
