This card will NOT save you money or
This card will NOT save you money or benefit your business in the long term The website functionality is NOT what they say it is The fees are not less than what you would pay at the pump and there is NO way of monitoring this or checking them They charged me for 18 months of roadside assist on 7 vehicles and when I needed help they said my account was inactive This happened on 2 occasions with 6 months in between Each time it took 4hrs on the phone to resolve and our work vehicles stood on the side of the road for 2 days before being collected Everything seems fine until you need them and then they can t help you Their solution the second time was to refund me my fees but this didn t help me retrieve my vehicle Eventually I got this arranged but had to pay 200 per vehicle these risks and disruptions to my business are not worth it especially when you have no financial benefit I ve cancelled my policy now Beware the actual service is not what they sell you over the phone

Expensive hidden fees and poor customer service
Despite paying the invoices on or before the due date or before we have been charged exorbitant fees i e 10 Interest There are also a lot of additional charges which makes purchasing at the bowser actually cheaper in a lot of circumstances I only looked at the reviews following cancellation and now realise this is common with this company

Terrible experience stay away from this company
Terrible experience Lots of fees and charges 60 late fee Plus interest 4 95 if you don t use the card that month The owner really needs to change his ways it s simply ripping people off Beware

Terrible service
Terrible service - if i could give zero stars i would - unable to return calls Not able to issue refund - been chasing for over a month after account was closed Cards didn t work - left in phone queues for hours without calls returned

Ruined My Credit Score
Applied only once and they made two separate credit applications under my name costing me 90 points on my Illion credit score This has wounded me financially as I have a loan I was hoping to refinance to save on account keeping fees Thanks to Fleet Card my finances have been drastically impacted and they have refused to respond to any of my communications Enquiries to their support line are simply ignored I have been trying to contact them for months and have had to escalate the issue with ASIC

If I could give zero stars I would They process card payments days after you pay and then charge ridiculous overdue fees 131 late fee for paying on the night my card was due The account balance was 240 Try to call them and you keep getting told you ll get a call back They never call back You have overseas customer service with poor English writing emails to you but no one will call you to explain what is going on This is possibly one of the most unethical and difficult companies I have ever dealt with

been a customer for 9 years inadvertantly missed a payment and which was paid promptly once informed now they cut us off so many fuel company cards out ther honestly you guys are terrible ill go to the next one
