Zero stars I ve never done business with a more incompetent business in my life A business that doesn t know it s own products and then makes the end user pay for that incompetence I decided to go with Fleet complete Big road eld in May of 2021 Couple days later I received the devices but to my surprise and the installer that Fleet complete sent the wrong cables were sent for both devices I alerted my representative at fleet complete and he said he d get the right cables sent This event repeated itself for a week I would receive a box of wrong cables every 2 days Fleet complete s installer gave up and stopped answering my calls when the next box would arrive I had to stop operations as I d already ran 8 days of paper logs thus resulting in 3 days of lost revenue I knew immediately I had selected the wrong company to partner with for my ELD needs and began searching for a company that did know their own products would answer the phone when my drivers or myself had an issue Once I switched I contacted fleet complete to let them know I would be cancelling my service as they hadn t done what they said they would do ie provide service not to mention the lost revenue Fleet complete will not allow me to transfer and will continue to debit my account monthly at an incorrect amount mind you BUYER BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FLEET COMPLETE OR BIG ROAD ELD UNLESS YOU LIKE DOWN TIME AND LOSING MONEY

Devices were said to be discrete and to be able to mount anywhere They none of those things Customer service has been really bad so far and we cant get one of the devices to even connect and just shows a big red question mark and not on the network Customer service has been no help

WASTE OF MONEY
This was such a waste of money We installed all the ELDs properly and nothing was connecting We called and called but every time they said that we put it in wrong even though it was a tech issue Three of our trucks somehow were registered with a whole different company and two other trucks were linked together on top of all that customer service was no help Please do not waste your time and money and go somewhere else

A big bunch of incomp tant guys Imposible custumer support each time a professional of fleet work on a device thisone is out change our plateform no more able to connect to MTQ plateform obliguated to scrap 12 gps device and have to fund an other plateform

One of the worst technology i ve ever
One of the worst technology i ve ever use Tracking problem odometer inacuracy for about 300km each day the hub is overly complicated No full admin control over your data and fleet staff management Their ELD Bigroad is a separate app that can t EVEN talk correctly to fleet complete I ve spoke with 3 members of their technical support and no one was able to fix my issue in 3 weeks i was forced to switch to another system cause we were not legal to drive with our truck with their system Nobody seems to know what problem you facing with their app totally incompetent staff members

A MONEY DUMPER OF A COMPANY If I want to terminate the contract because I longer need the service due to a carrier termination why should I have to still pay the total balance of the contract plus fees The app is not that good compared to prior owner when Bigroad was its own company LOOK ELSE WHERE YOUVE BEEN WARNED

Devices stopped working but can t cancel First I was told that I could either pay for the devices or I could sign a three-year contract and the devices would be paid for I agreed to pay for the devices up front However once I signed the contract and began having issues did I see that the sales rep lied and my contract had me locked into a 3-year contract I have tried cancelling countless times Most recently they say changes cannot be made to the account because a support ticket is open because the devices are not tracking but this has gone on for 10 months now I have wasted so much time calling support and getting transferred from one department to another I had to buy out the contracts of the devices that were halfway working the ones that did track did not show all of the data that was promised and am bleeding out on the others that I cannot cancel and will likely auto-renew

Sales rep lied devices broke in 1 yr in The sales rep said I could either pay for devices up front and have a month to month contract or get free devices and 3 year contract I chose to pay for the devices From day 1 devices didn t provide all the data that was advertised 1 yr in the GPS functionality stopped worked on a number of devices Support was unhelpful and drug on for months When we went to cancel we discovered the sales rep had snuck in an early termination fee going back on her promise which they would not honor Worse yet I couldn t even cancel all of the devices because there was an open support ticket which supposedly prevents support from canceling a device contract because they could not figure out the issue So I had to continue paying monthly fees for broken devices Support would transfer me to AT T which would transfer me back It was like hot potato between support groups

This is the second time I have been
This is the second time I have been flagged in an incorrect location and because of that I was flagged for speeding Both times I was on the interstate going the appropriate speed and both times it pinned me one road over and of course interstate speed is different from city road speed so I was flagged Their location was not accurate

Absolute joke of a company They lie cheat and scam Very outdated models not user-friendly terrible customer service and very very unethical Do not use you ll be highly unsatisfied and aggravated which is very unsafe and time consuming Bottom of the barrel company it was such an awful experience
