This company is having people pay for
This company is having people pay for their background checks followed by people continuously waiting in hopes of starting work I apply and paid for a background check that passed but I am still waiting Then I am hearing from fb group members that this is happening to a LOT of people Then I have noticed that the customer service of FlexAgent com is non-existent I along with others on fb have not received a response to out messages with our CSR tickets to the company Why would FlexAgent com have people pay for a background check knowing full well that the supply of work is not there This is bad business

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A 0 RATING Whoever manages this company is doing a terrible job There is NO support at all Don t expect to start working right away It takes months to even get started So many agents have open tickets due to all kinds of things that have been left unanswered for months They advertise daily pay but that doesn t happen So many agents have issues with not getting paid I understand this is a contractor 1099 position but there still needs to be some type of communication and support to help us There are a lot of agents leaving because they can t get help You are forced to communicate with a Bot You are only paid for verified calls and will get suspended if you have too many They say you get suspended after 10 in a row but agents get suspended for less Their system will add unverified calls to your results even if you didn t take any calls for the day I ve never seen anything like this and they don t care because they are still getting paid UPDATE Many agents are taking legal action against the company due to missing invoices for weeks I just reported them to BBB They have also removed ALL types of communication with them from agents I guess they are tired of hearing us complain One agent had to dig and find the Owner Damon Williams number and put it in cash app to request her money I ve reported them to AT T DON T WASTE YOUR TIME

Completely unprofessional with no
Completely unprofessional with no support and consistently refuses to pay contractors and suspension without rhyme or reason reason I had to threaten legal action in order to get paid and the owner sent payment via cash app This is not a company you want to invest any time with Additionally the owner has a bunch of other weird websites for different fake companies under his LLC that are extremely concerning

This company is the worst company i ever see in my life they don t give no support when you have an issue they re not going to pay you on time you re forced to chat with a robot to create ticket that they ll never read to help you out with your issues

No support for agents
So I found a shop and it sounded really good and like a good possibility for me as I need to have another part-time job that s at home however as I started the on boarding process had to pay for my own background check which I know those places that do that so I wasn t too concerned However once I did the background check it said it went through that is clear but it s not loading on their side and when I try to contact them for help I get no reply The only way to contact them is through a AI bot which doesn t ever reply so I would not recommend this to anyone looking because I do not think it works after waiting a little bit for stuff to go through I decided to look up reviews on the company which I should ve done before hand I m seeing people have a lot of the same issues and those who have gotten through the on boarding process and have started working there have even more issues So 1 out of 10 do not recommend
