Bought a rocker recliner about 6 months ago and the squeaks creaks and noise that the chair makes is unbelievable I got rid of a 20 year old recliner that never made sounds like this Save your money and buy something quieter

I purchased a sofa and ottoman manufactured by Flexsteel The materials used are inferior in quality and have been pilling for years Flexsteel will do nothing to help resolve my problem and does not stand behind their products

Have a recliner that leans badly to the left has sheared bolts and rivets and has never been right warranty is worthless as the labor is not included and the labor rate is higher than most auto repair rates

Save your money

We ordered a seven piece FlexSteel sofa Within 6 months the padding under the leather totally collapsed We asked the furniture store where we ordered it from to look at it They ve been great they sent it back to FlexSteel who simply restuffed the sofa with the same cheap material they used the first time Now we are paying an upholsterer to do it right Yes FlexSteel warranties your sofa for life but when you complain they try and tell you it s normal wear Being able to feel the substructure under where you sit or place your feet on the foot rest is not normal after just 6 months

The leather peels don t waste your money

My husband and I bought 2 leather couches a year and a half ago They are already peeling The couches themselves still look brand new but the actual leather is coming off Our previous leather furniture lasted us 15 years I reached out to Flexsteel and was told they would do nothing for us Now after reading other reviews I am wondering if we were mislead and these aren t even leather Flexsteel puts out a horrible product and they stand behind nothing when you have an issue I even sent photos of the issues with no remedy offered I will NEVER buy flexsteel again and will recommend the previous leather brand we had

Hands-down worst couch

Hands-down the worst couch I ever purchased Upon delivery lines don t line up hooks to attach sectional don t line up no cushioning Had people come out twice and didn t help Horribly uncomfortable and 6 000 Have had 1 5 years and creased worn seats My mom comes to visit and can t even sit on the couch because she is so uncomfortable on it I tell everyone to stay away from this brand

Excessive piling within 2 months Cushions are wrinkling and sinking Very expensive Their solution is to shave it I am afraid this will leave holes I thought I was buying a quality piece of furniture and it is garbage after 2 months of use I have photos to back it up

Flexsteel doesn t care they made chair too small

We ordered a flexsteel chair and it was delivered a few weeks ago it is too small-the measurements of the chair do NOT match the measurements of this chair on flexsteel s website-some measurements are too small by 2 inches flexsteel refused to anything about it when we contacted them directly the furniture store agreed the measurements are incorrect but have had no luck with flexsteel either the store is going to try a couple things to make the chair more comfortable but of course it will never be the right size At least they are trying something unlike flexsteel
