The franchised branch of this company in Rzeszow cons stripps people from their money It happend to me twice with them when attending to collect the car booked via well known web car hire portal and already paid the full insurance they refuse to proceed with the transaction for nonsense reasons and raquesting their pretty steep all inclusive insurance additional payment I had no choice and paid as being in woulnurable position with family around and the weekend with long delay in contacting the original vendor Avoid at all costs better to go directly with alternative car hire and it will most likely cost you less at the end

Avoid Worst rental company Many years travelling to Poland Reserved online with full insurance Airport office ask me to pay same amount additional full insurance petrol tank fee because on my credit card first name was shown just initial And no other options they left for me taking in account what reservation being made 5 months in advance Illegal

Shit company The first booking they blocked my caution of 900 euros for more than two weeks after car delivery I gave a second chance so in my second experience I pre paid the car for three days when I have reached the airport they had given my car to another person and asked me double of the price to get another car Shittttttttt company

Staff Laughed Behind My Back
My experience with Flex Car Rental in Krakow was unforgettable though not for the right reasons When I arrived to pick up my car the gentleman behind the counter decided my standard flat credit card wasn t acceptable He also rejected my next card claiming an incomplete name and then dismissed another one as well Needless to say I never got the car But this company deserves attention for another reason their employee who didn t give me the car turned out to be quite the comedian As I walked around trying to find an alternative rental he and his colleagues shamelessly mocked me with smug ironic grins Clearly professionalism isn t a priority here I m sure the manager at Flex must be incredibly proud of their staff s behavior

Avoid this scamming company
Avoid this scamming company I had booked online an automatic car paid for the car and the full insurance for 3 days when I arrived to pick up the car they told me that it doesn t show on their reservation and had to pay an additional 76 That day was -6 and the car had frost all over it and I couldn t check for any dents or scratches So based on what they had marked I went ahead jumped in the car and went to my destination Where I was parked for the whole time it was only 2 cars in the 20-30 space car park so I never parked or no one parked next to my car When I returned the car the charged me 45 euros for a dent that I never done I will never use this thieves again

Absolutely shocking service and attitude Beznadziejna firma
Absolutely shocking Avoid at all cost On Friday-17th Jan 25 having booked and paid for the car well in advance we found out after waiting with kids for half an hour for our turn to pick up a vehicle that they had no car for us and there was nothing they could do about it We were let down completely and the person at the desk could not care less He knew the car wasn t there as they had no plan B and they said the car for us had been involved in an accident but he didn t bother telling us earlier They should have rung us to advise they didn t do it of course Then the guy wrongly advised us and don t think he even apologized Extremely poor service and rude behaviour Also to be avoided Couldn t give less than 1star as they don t even deserve one

Booked a car with flextogo for a weekend in Frankfurt Hahn drove to fro Frankfurt city later they sent me an email that they would be charging me 40 euros for scratching the rims and windscreen It s just ridiculous I paid their all-in insurance and I m driving cars for over 30 years but I still was charged for something I haven t done Now the bank investigates their insurance and illegal charges
