Not clear return policy on new unopened items

I purchased a kit of this RAM Samsung 64GB 32GB x 2 DDR4 PC4-25600 3200MHZ 260 Pin SODIMM 1 2V CL 22 laptop ram memory module and had to return it due I wasn t able to find a workstation I was looking for so instead of keeping it decided to send it back for a full refund The current return policy says that In order for us to give you a full refund the item needs to be returned to us in new unaltered and unused condition in its original packaging with all the bits and bobs it came with which I did and it was returned as brand new unopened item confirmed by the seller when they received the return However the seller charged me for the return postage even though I did pay for next day delivery when I originally purchased the RAM Quite disappointed with this but if the seller will charge for the cost of the return even on unused and unopened brand-new items then they should update this information on their site
