Hello everyone I already wrote my review in the summer about non-payment there were some problems that were resolved 2 weeks after the review New problem I made a request to withdraw 1500 on 10 17 2024 my account has the exported status since 10 21 2024 today is 11 21 2024 and there is still no money all these weeks I have been receiving letters with the following content We understand how important it is for you to receive information about payments and we appreciate your patience in this process We want to inform you that at the moment payments may take a little longer than usual Our risk management team conducts a thorough audit of each account to make sure everything is in order and is working diligently to complete this process as soon as possible I also see that I receive advertisements in my mail about some traders receiving large payments I see reviews about payments on the TrustPilot website and I cannot understand why I am not being paid I was not charged with violating the rules which means everything is fine with my trading I fulfilled all their conditions but Flexytrade does not give clear answers and deadlines for payments I got the feeling that there will be no payment 40 days no payment 12 11 2024 50 days no payment

Delayed payouts over a month Avoid this scam firm

Edit 2 60 days no payout latest excuse is that Rise is fraudulent the same Rise account 6 other prop firm payouts go to Joke company initiated chargebacks Do not buy accounts with them Extremely delayed payouts and frequent excuses Avoid this firm and chargeback all your purchases After Flexytrade updated their payout rules in September and introduced instantfunded accounts in Oct I started trading with them However it looks like only small less than 1 5k payout requests are being paid out and approved within the 5 business day window mentioned on their website My own payout over 50k and multiple other payouts from my community discord ranging from 3k to 40k are all still not approved and approaching 15 business days since submission When contacting support we keep getting told risk management is reviewing our accounts It seems like the firm might be failing like FTT and are delaying payouts and trying to find any reason possible to deny them to avoid losing funds Flexytrade is a sinking ship and it s unfortunate that I have money locked up with them due to account purchases Recommend sticking to reputable prop firms that payout in a timely fashion Update 1 month in still hearing excuses with no updates from support Apparently they cannot share the payout teams contact info and they aren t hearing anything from them Checked twitter X and a few trading discords and loads of other people are having the same issue with Flexy and everyone is getting copy-pasted email responses and updates Also looks like a bunch of other trustpilot reviews have been added about Flexytrade not paying out Avoid this firm like the plague

It s has been a nightmare They will go to great lengths to find excuses to avoid paying your payout requests Please avoid this prop firm at all costs

Bad customer service They just ignore the request and no response for a week No US registration Be aware it s a Rug Pull

I d love to give them more credit but my experience hasn t been so great I never write bad reviews but this is something people should be aware of 7 of my accounts were deactivated due to holding into overnight session 8 accts were trading attempted to close seconds before close as I often do but only the leader acct succeeded in exiting the position my ninjatrader was open with other prop accts and closed just fine these guys deactivated my accts and haven t given any kind of info other than our technical team is looking into it I provided screenshots of the event log where the attempt to flatten accts before close were clearly made I m left in limbo at this point and just plain disgusted I should be waiting on payouts today the accts were up 8k over 50k of profit gone and no answers from the team my acct is FT11498

Did not process KYC or my Payout request

I purchased bunch of evals passed two and got got one account to payout eligibility The system stopped me for KYC and after I sent all the documents they just kept the file open for more than a month and asked me to wait for KYC to complete Then they sent me an e-mail that account has been breached I did not receive the payout and did not touch the account since I was waiting for KYC to complete so I can request This company did not pay me and probably will not pay you either There are much better options out there

No Payout for over six weeks now This company is a fraud they literally tell me to take a selfie with all my cards I have never buy an account using card payments I bought them through Crypto They have all type of excuses

So far the worst prop firm I have ever used They are literally sabotaging traders so that you fail Imagine closing trades on profits from Quantower and their system reflects as losses every time till the drawdown is reached Customer care is taking 1 week to reply to my issue and when they reply they do not sort anything and they are clueless about the financial market claiming the loss I made was because of volatility How is closing trades on profit and reflecting as loss from their side an effect of volatility Worst experience ever Don t waste your time on these unregulated propfirms

I don t usually write reviews but my experience with this company has been so disappointing that I felt compelled to share it This company is a complete scam they refuse to pay out winning traders I had been copy trading from my other accounts but this morning I discovered they closed my account claiming I held an overnight position Firstly I was only copy trading and none of my other accounts held overnight positions Secondly as I m based in Australia I can t trade during those hours so I had to close my positions well before then If you re considering using their services I strongly advise against it However if you do make sure to pay with a debit or credit card so you have the option to request a chargeback forcing them to deal with the chargeback fees
