For the first time we got our residential property serviced by Flick for ants spiders and cockroaches on 15th Oct 2023 Within two months there were ants and spider activities within a metre from the property I contacted the Flick service department on 19th Dec 2023 Despite I was promised that someone will get back to me regarding booking a re-spray of our property I did not hear from Flick Then I contacted Flick again on 4th January 2024 To my astonishment today I was informed that their outdoor treatment does not cover any warranty In the past we have had our property treated for ants spiders and cockroaches for over twenty-five years by Rentokil their outdoor treatment and indoor treatment was always effective for a minimum of twelve months If the ants and spiders returned outdoors within three months mostly due to rain they always came and resprayed our property without any additional cost It appears it was a costly mistake going with Flick a company with inferior service quality A lesson learned

Take the time to get another Quote or get someone else to do it for you it will be worth your while If you re thinking of using Flick for your Pest Control may I suggest you take the time to get other quotes if you can t do it yourself get a family member to do it for you you ll be glad you did I have been a customer of them for over twenty years and was so disappointed in the way I was treated this week I received a call from a Flick staff member regarding my Annual Termite Inspection and Chemical Application in December I asked her to send me a quote and explained that I would wait till after Christmas to book it in in early January I called to book the job in and advised the staff member that I had been given a quote for Annual Termite Inspection Much to my surprise after contacting them several times and asking to speak to a manager she explained that the price had gone up and would not honor the quote given and in fact the price had gone up by all most 300 00 since December I tried to explain that it was overpriced as it was now going to cost almost 1200 00 for the service and that the emailed quotation had NO expiry date while I was explaining all this to the Manager she then hangs up on me I have since received other quotes from other companies who have provided quotations of almost half of what Flick have offered even with their so-called discounts and this also included a pest inspection Something Flick has never offered me so I think based on the poor service lack of commitment to long term customers I ll go with another company I just wonder how long Flick have been over charging me over the years The moral to the story is do not expect to be treated the way you should have been by staying loyal to Flick as clearly they are not loyal to you Thanks Flick you can Flick off

Don t be Fooled by Generic Emails from Flick - They really Dont Care
On Sat 13 01 2024 I booked for a Gold complete control planned to be carried out on Wed17 01 2024 to my house They said it is to be paid by direct debit 77 98 monthly and deducted the first month amount on 14 01 2024 Then I called them to cancel due to rain They said that I would NOT get the money back even if I cancelled it Is it a fair rule

Shame I can t give them a 0 No Customers Service let your fingers do the walking Get other quotes it will save you money After reading our negative post regarding our experience and lack of customer service Flick sent us their generic email asking us to forward more information we sent all the information needed I m now lost for words on how this company treats loyal customers of over twenty years and clearly there s no communication between the staff members so what was the point of them asking us for the information On Friday 19th January around 11 34am whilst I was at work I received a call from one of their staff members to remind me that my service is due I thought she was calling to apologise for our recent experience but instead she began to tell me how the price had gone up and again when I tried to explain asking why she was calling me given the lack of services I have received thus far I asked her why it was so expensive she said that the price had gone up and again I told her about the quote I had received She then asked me to hold the line this guy then got on the phone he again began to tell me my service was due and that the quote had expired I told him there was no expiry date on the quote and he said the price would be 385 00 for the inspection and 800 00 for the termite chemical solution I tried to seek more clarification from him and again like the previous Manager before it was a waste of time I m wondering if this is how FLICK asks its managers to treat customers I understand there might have been a price increase however I m sure Flick would be buying in bulk and could pass some of the savings on to their customers but instead they continue to target the vulnerable and loyal customers I m very upset and angry about this whole experience I sent them an email about it and to date received nothing Flick DON T bother pretending that you care about your customers when you read negative posts as clearly you don t care I have since had the work done at half the price Flick were going to charge me WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND FLICK Do your homework and get other quotes you ll be glad you did PS Remember the best form of advertising is word of mouth Like I said before in my first Review - you can Flick Off Flick Thanks for nothing

Terrible service
So dissappointed with Flick I own a new duplex both sides and my builder put the Flickguard system in the property At that time Flickguard treated the property as one property Later I subdivided the property into 2 That meant a line was drawn down the middle of the building on a plan It didn t change the property what-so-ever It is still the same size property it is still one building and it is still the size of a small house 280sqm There is still one owner for all the property I recently obtained quote from Flick for a termite inspection and pest spray however Flick want to charge for two properties What a rort The cost is excessive and unreasonableI called Flick and tried to reason with them to no availI read all the bad reviews of Flick and decided to email Flick on the info flick email as they request in their responses to other negative reviews and I hoped a Manager with some commonsense would respond however no-one at Flick ever got back to me It s just disgraceful Flick won t warrant the Flickguard system if I go elsewhere It s a captured market and a rort Appalling customer service

Fear pushing money grabbing
Terrible service online booking service does not work but they don t inform you of this They take the monthly payments but don t follow up for annual Inspections Phone calls are never returned or your left hanging on the phone for ages Promises to return calls never happen and then met with oh yes I was going to trying to book a pest inspection is a nightmare Disgraceful service needs reporting to consumer watch dog
