Carin has been an exceptional from the start She is extremely knowledgeable on Mauritius and has recommended the best package that s suits our family She made sure all our documents were with us well before departure The weekly messages to check in and also remind us of the great holiday we have planned was a great touch She is as excited as we are She is always available to help with any query you might have The additional help with the online checkin is an added bonus Carin will be our go to agent for all our future island trips

Our month-long African adventure was originally planned for 2019 but a hip replacement and Covid meant it was re-scheduled several times until we eventually did it in 2023 Debra was at all times patient and efficient as we made lots of changes She also gave us sensible and valuable advice on how to plan our holiday and places to go things to do During the trip she was in frequent touch and made sure our various flights were checked in sending the boarding passes electronically I cannot speak highly enough of the comfort it gave us to have someone looking after us so well
