Booked my cruise with Khuram Zargar from Flights and packages and he was great he kept in contact with me and answered my emails and calls immediately very helpful and my flights transfer and cruise went perfectly I would definitely and am booking with him again

Just returned from Kerala and our driver Shinju went the extra mile to make sure our trip was memorable for the best of reasons His driving was excellent Air conditioning great He knew the are well and gave us lots of information Grateful for cold water daily

Trip to Southern India Kerala then 5

Trip to Southern India Kerala then 5 days at end doing Golden Triangle Agents were very helpful when discussing itinerary and sending infirmation tickets promptly Great itinerary with so many amazing sights but also time for r r at the beach Transport was just the 2 of us and a driver Special mention to our driver in the south - Kannan - who was really helpful and considerate and told us a lot about life in India as we travelled around Accommodation and food were very good as were local guides special mention to Khizir Ahmed at the Taj Mahal who did an amazing photo-shoot of us Would be very happy to use Flights and Packages again

Brilliant Southern India Tour -

Started with great flights with Etihad We were met by our driver Sreejith who was brilliant all the way through the trip All the hotels were booked in advance they were of a good quality 4 and 5 star with excellent food The whole trip went perfectly especially with the help from Sreejith who was punctual friendly and informative about all the areas we visited The English speaking guides were excellent We would thoroughly recommend this trip for it s diversity interest and competitive price

Wonderful Holiday

Our first holiday to Southern India and it exceeded all of our expectations Our driver Arun was excellent very friendly knowledgeable and spoke very good English The hotels were all first class and the food was delicious Highlights were probably Mysore Palace and the stay on the Houseboat Excellent value and flights with Etihad were brilliant Would highly recommend Flights Packages

Kerala tour 12 nights

Hello We are just coming to the end of our Kerala tour and the whole experience has been great Pam from Flights and Packages dealt with our booking giving us options to suit our needs and responding promptly to any queries we had Our driver was called Sinju and he has been fantastic His local knowledge and superb driving has helped to make this a worry free and interesting experience He has collected us promptly each day in his immaculate car and communicated well and has been flexible when we have needed to stop anywhere along the way and giving sound advice Thank you Sinju Hotels used by flights and packages included cgh earth casino and then the Tea harvester in Munnar and they have been really good friendly places to stay and the Pepper county homestay in Thekkady was exceptional hosted by Cyriac and his family An overnight trip on a house boat was a unique experience I can fully recommend although you must pack the deet to keep pests away or risk getting bitten as you will be spending time outdoors on the evening Finally a few days of relaxing at Turtle Abad in a spacious bungalow right on the beach Food throughout the whole trip has been a joy we ve stuck to bottled water and had no problems at all

Amazing Grace saved our Christmas cruise

Having had news of our Christmas cruise being cancelled by Ambassador cruises just two days before embarkation it was flights and packages who came to our rescue Within an hour of me contacting Grace she had us booked on an alternative cruise with NCL arranged flights to and from Spain and two nights hotel accommodation in Lisbon Two days later we were on our way It did not end there she phoned me to check everything was going okay once while we were waiting to board and later after we had joined the ship Excellent service Amazing Grace

Southern Indian tour with private driver

Had a wonderful time driving from Bangalore to Kovalam Our Driver was Biju a lovely man whom collected four of us from the airport and drove us to the different hotel locations as well as a variety of sight seeing location s He was friendly and helpful really easy to speak to and we all enjoyed our time spent with him he couldn t do enough to help us like taking us to a local market which I must say is a must was amazing Haven t been to India before and enjoyed what I experienced during my time there

Sree sreekanth was wonderful as a lady travelling alone he always took great care of me He took me to all the sights and and accommodated all my extra shopping requests We started at Bangalore then went to maysure ooty wayanad cochin alleppey and finally poovar Such a careful driver very caring honest man
