Terrible Company
Terrible Company Do not use I gave this company a second chance after waiting 2 hours in the Netherlands for a bus that never showed up This time my bus was delayed for over 2 1 2 hours I was informed this in the morning of my travel I was only going to Krakow from Katowice for a few hours sightseeing so this made it a waste of time I ended up travelling by train instead

Unreliable service
We booked a bus to take us from Warsaw to the airport The bus did not arrive We waited forty five minutes then decided to take a taxi with other passengers in case we missed our flight We did not receive a SMS as the website states it does Checking the real time info when we arrived home it stated the hus arrived 30 minutes late Drivers of other flixbuses that stopped were rude and unhelpful and refused to let us take their bus as it was not the route we booked I tried to ask for a refund but the links website do not work and the email to customer services was blocked

Terrible service and clear scam
Terrible service and clear scam Strongly do not recommend I arrived to the bus station in Warsaw in time and there was no my bus I was looking everywhere and was checking the trip online It didn t showed up and after 40 minutes this bus started to appear 10 minutes away from Warsaw Had to buy a new ticket twice expensive No refund from Flixbus In the support chat they said the bus was on time on the platform 21 There are 11 platforms there and I wasn t the only passenger left

Charged me twice
They charged me twice different amounts for 1 tickets Their online chat is useless as you need to fill out a special form and attach the evidence even though you can upload them on the chat After 4 emails - they asked me for different details I still haven t got my money back Waste of time

This is a fraudulent and unjust
This is a fraudulent and unjust transport company they lied that polish law does not allow a refund meanwhile other bus company according to polish law allow compensation and refund to their client encase incovenience caused Their custormer care are not really there to help you but to lie and put the blame of the inconvenience caused on you Please avoid this fraudulent company if you can they have no regard for your time and will not compensate you in anyway shape or form

Everthing went wrong
Everthing went wrong The bus didn t come in over 3 and half hours I received only two messages and after 100 minutes no more I had to take Neobus and pay another ticket I am still waiting for money back from Flixbus I am very disappointed

NEVER EVER RUN AWAY from FlixBus
Awful service and support We bought 2 tickets from Vilnius 22 45 to Warsaw night trip and came to wait for a bus 20 mins in advance After 30mins delay we started thinking that something goes wrong After -1 5 hours 00 05 of waiting another next bus came to pick up their passengers and we started asking what s goig on no message no support or announcement from Flixbus We were fully frustrated what to do but thanks to these drivers they said 100 not to wait and find another bus to leave Vilnius If the bus hasn t come it won t come We sat at the stop and started looking for Lux Express MORNING tickets understanding that our working days are totally ruined we won t go away until morning And it was no chance to get any online call center to ask or track OKAYWe take Lux Express in the morning and SMS ABOUT CANCELLATION FROM FLIXBUS arrives only at 9-10am THE NEXT DAY And also an email IS IT NORMAL What if it was winter and -25 or it was a pregnant woman waiting to go or a mother with small kids NO MESSAGE ABOUT CANCELLATION NOTHING IN THE MOBILE APPLICATION WILL YOU REFUND OR COMPENSATE OUR TAXIS AND WORKING DAYS FlixBus And our hyperthermia 1 person was out for next 3 days and the second got a cold sore as a result This service is even lower than 1 star You deserve -5 at least DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE I CAN PROVIDE ALL SCREENS AND VIDEOS WITH DATES that it s not a lie
