My bus has 1 30 of delay After 30 minutes an other bus is coming with same destinationand you have to pay a new ticket to take it No refund possible

I m never traveling by this bus company
I m never traveling by this bus company ever again I travel back and forth from Denmark to Sweden several times a year and have always used Swebus before they merged with Flixbus Last time I was traveling with them we got a bus that resembled a bus from the 70s incredibly uncomfortable seats no WiFi or outlets to charge our phones or laptops at all We didn t even get an explanation as to why we got an old rinky dink bus instead of the normal Flixbus busses I paid to get access to WiFi and outlets to charge my phone But no I had to not use my phone the whole 5 hours in fear the battery would depleat I d suggest you use another bus company I d rather spend my money on a company that actually gives me what I pay for

What an utter scam this company are
What an utter scam this company are operating If you overpay they do not give a refund They give a voucher for your next trip That s all well and good if you are going to travel with them in a year Not everyone has that need - if you are visiting Sweden and won t be back wave goodbye to your money Unfortunately I got long covid and haven t been able to travel for that year so of course my voucher expired Now they refuse to reissue the voucher It is a perfect scam for them It is my money that they took and refuse to give back and you are forced to spend more money with them in order to get your refund Making this their t c s is essentially legalised theft Avoid this company if you can I most certainly will never travel with them again - and they ultimately lose more than they kept

Technical error no help
Because of an technical error received an error message from the Flixbus site that said the that the payment didn t go through I made another try purchase and Flixbus charged me twice for the same purchase bus ride When I contacted customer service their reasoning was that the technical error in their own site wasn t their fault Therefore they couldn t make a refund and I had to make it myself and pay for the refund myself No help whatsoever from customer service Would not recommend

Awful Customer Service I called about not received my ticket over email with booking of my ticket I have mentioned a ticket payment reference my name surname directions and dates of departure and arrival Unfortunately the Asian Customer Service talked to me very bad stop talking to me and didn t verified anything and closed the line

Just stay away
Just stay well away from this company Have taken the bus between malm and hamburg multiple times Service is always bad Just take the train instead if possible The driver rarely knows any english swedish or danish and cant communicate to any extent except with a few german words No covid precautions wifi never works the toilets are usually quite nasty The buses are often late with no communication as to what the issue is Often you get delayed at the border due to other passengers bringing drugs so a tip is to keep a good eye on your belongings so that nothing is planted on you The only upside to flixbus is the price and compared to the train the difference isn t worth it Avoid if you can It s a shame they bought swebus since that was usually a much better experience

Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service I booked with flixbus only to be able to bring special luggage with me a surf board However when I contacted the customer service they inform me that my line does not accept special luggage This information was not available at the time of the booking Not only did this put me in a bad seat having to find replacement transport but they strongly refused to refund me without charging 15 euros Customer service was rude and also put the blame on me I hope fellow surfers think twice before booking with FlixBus

Really bad experience
Really bad experience again What s the point to pay for a reserved seat if there are no reservations No receipts for a luggage either that s really bad as anyone can take it It s my second use of the service in Slovakia and both were horrible If there was other possible connection to my destination I would take it Drivers of no help though customer service was ok over online chat Will see if my refund is actually done The bus is cramped nothing like the original flixbus they always advertise No internet connection toilet dirty that I turned around and didn t use it Holding my legs for another 5 hours I will think twice before using their service ever again
