Never received my sample ordered 2 delivery charge for nothing so far Disappointed

Never delivered the flooring

I don t know how this company is on a 4 star rating We awaited an expected delivery on Monday then Tuesday and then had to chase it only to be told it would be here Friday Friday today came and went We did call again late Friday afternoon to try and get an estimated delivery time only to be told we were the last drop of the day guess what it s still not here at near enough 8pm What a scam

NEVER BUY FROME HERE THE GUY IS A CON ARTIST AND NEVER DELIVERED FLOOR AND PROMISED TO REFUND MY MONEY BACK IN SEPT AND STILL WAITING HE HAS EVEN FABRICATED CONFIRMATION STATEMENTS AND EVERYTHING JUST A CON ARTIST - ALL LIES - NEVER GO NEAR IT

They gave us a quote Never said there was fitting on top fair enough They way over measured They sent a fitter with Covid Hung over his brother came did a great job There were so many boxes over We notified them they asked if the boxes had been opened The fitters had opened all the full unused boxes so we couldn t return them What was initially thought to be a reasonable job was a very expensive one Please be aware Hope this stops more people from being miss sold This was cross gates Leeds BTW
