We ordered our flooring and it arrived in perfect time The team have always been super helpful and friendly on the phone and the flooring is amazing - such good quality and very reasonably priced Our kitchen looks amazing thank you so much

I ordered engineered wood flooring on line today from Flooring365 The whole process was very simple The order was then confirmed by telephone I spoke with Jeni who clearly introduced herself and explained the delivery and what I could expect We agreed a date and what the next steps entailed e g access to the property and as it was a large order that the delivery would be on a pallet Jeni was professional efficient polite and friendly A great experience from start to finish Thank you

Jeni spoke very clearly in a friendly but businesslike way She clearly knew exactly what information to give me and made sure I understood Whilst she had a provisional delivery date in mind she made it clear that I could opt for a different date if I wanted

Wow Money back

Placed my order yesterday evening on-line and out of hours was called back by Jenni today and given some helpfull advice on what I had ordered and how my underlay was probably not the correct choice and gave me a reccomendation as to what to swap to Expecting the hike in price was pleasantly surprised to find I had monnies coming bact to me as the reccomended was actually cheaper We arranged a delivery that is later than I would have liked but they appear to be extremely busy at this time Just sent an email asking if collection would be possible I m sure I will find out tomorrow when they re back in the office So far great service something that is getting rarer to find these days
