Ordering process was easy and straight forward Was kept updated with delivery and flooring arrived in perfect condition and on time The flooring was perfect and the joiners fitting it were very impressed with the quality and ease of fitting Apparently with most flooring they go through lots of blades in cutting only one was required for the full refit of kitchen livingroom and hall The joiners were so impressed they will be recommending future clients order from this company I am delighted with the final result and quality of flooring Very happy customer

Flooring Hut is an excellent company They offer a great range at very competitive prices and their service is spot-on We had our lounge hall and stairs done The order was processed quickly and efficiently and Jack was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to sorting out the technicalities and delivery which all went very smoothly They even recommended a local fitter Martin Hudson who was highly skilled and also a very pleasant person Martin pointed out a shading problem with the carpet supplied and Cheves at Flooring Hut sorted this out extremely promptly with no messing around I would thoroughly recommend using Flooring Hut

Recently purchased online carpet from Flooring Hut for our entire 3 bed new build that we were about to move into We had a budget but I also had a specific carpet I wanted and Flooring Hut were able to provide it at a much better price than anyone else I found they also do special offers which helped My husband was a bit nervous about ordering online but their website was easy to use and it was easy to calculate prices etc Their customer service was absolutely excellent both via telephone and Chat We needed a specific date for delivery and we had to change the delivery address at the very last minute but all went seamlessly because it was all so well orchestrated by the Flooring Hut team The carpet was perfect exactly what we wanted at an affordable price and our rating is 5 stars because they were superb Highly recommend
