This was the first carpet shop I visited on a day out aside to trawl around them all As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable I knew the basics of what I wanted wool and loop and asked for some advice The staff were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions took me immediately to the right area and then took a list of samples which arrived very quickly I knew I didn t need to go anywhere else No hard sell and lovely relaxed atmosphere I ordered on 6th of the month got delivery on 26th and fitted on 27th I had a couple of questions in between and made contact with the shop through email The responses arrived back within 30 minutes Even the fitters were helpful and moved some of my furniture back into my living room for me I live alone Just so excellent from start to finish I love my new carpet it is just perfect Thank you to the team at Lincoln Flooring Superstore for all their support It was so stress free and a real pleasure from start to finish

Excellent from start to finish

My experience was excellent from my first visit to the store in Basingstoke to my carpet being fitted at my house on November 14 th James and Monika at the sales desk were both exceptionally kind and helpful as I decided which carpet to purchase They were also very efficient when communicating with me by email re -quotes and arranging for the fitter to measure at my house Ian the fitter was really helpful and friendly and very professional and efficient too I am very happy and can recommend the service at this store

Very easy transaction from buying to delivering Was kept informed of delivery process throughout with texts in the morning of delivery to let me know a time Was delivered bang in the middle of the time window by a really nice man who was very helpful Would definitely recommend

Great after service

After a rocky start a special thanks must go to Melissa for her help in sorting the earlier fitters visit The fitters have done a great job and even tidied up after themselves My 93yr old mum is very happy with her new carpet and hopefully will be happy in her new care home residence Thanks everyone

Carpet for daughters bedroom

Wanted a carpet for my daughters bedroom that would match the landing and stairs I called at the flooring superstore with a sample of carpet which they matched with a sample in store I got a good price and delivery date which I could track on it s journey All in all a good company
