Very friendly and helpful

Very friendly and helpful staff in store we took home samples of carpet after choosing the carpet and taking the samples back with our sizes we placed our order we then had to change our fitting day and this was no problem and changed it The carpet fitter did a great job and we are very pleased We will definitely go back to floorstore in future highly recommend

Called in at Wakefield Floorstore this morning to make a tentative enquiry about replacing our dining room laminate with no intention of actually making a purchase today We were greeted by Colin and when we explained what we were thinking of he showed us a laminate which we really liked Because of his friendly and knowledgeable persona we asked him to give us a quote Not only did we purchase for the dining room but also for the kitchen He really is a great asset to your company no we aren t related to him or know him and we would recommend your firm to others because it s really exceptional to get such good service these days Thanks Colin

Relaxed atmosphere in store and helpful staff plenty of product choice prompt measuring service We chose vinyl flooring for our dining area and the shop made sure we got it fitted on day that was best for us the fitter was called PAUL he did an amazing job fitting it an probably the best I have seen so well happy Good price too Would recommend this store to anyone

Wide range of products

Floorstore offered a wide range of flooring options in a wide variety of colours and options The staff in-store were very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about their product range The two fitters turned up in the snow and worked very hard to fit the flooring we had chosen Both fitters were extremely polite and helpful and were very careful when laying the flooring and cleaning up after themselves I am very happy to recommend this company

Repair to floor

We needed to repair our Karndean floor due to some terrible scratches we had caused Floorstore were extremely helpful - ordered the new tiles and sent out fitters to restore it to the original condition I was amazed it could be repaired especially when the floor was laid over screeding So pleased with the repair and happy with the professional job the fitters did and that Floorstore were able to take on a small repair and help us out
