Floor street have provided exceptional quality and easy to follow instructions for our DIY home stair runner and they ve exceeded expectations every step of the way We purchased the Tehran stair runner ahead of moving into our new property and I spoke with Tony at Floor Street to organise the delivery for a specific day so I could get my order in early After having ordered some samples we knew it would be a great fit but the result is beyond what we hoped for Despite installing this ourselves we re thrilled with result and although it wasn t the easiest task the instruction video from Floor Street made it simple to follow and do for ourselves Thanks

I have had my conservatory kitchen and hallway flooring relaid with spc ranch oak Lt looks gorgeous really pleased with it Half the price I would have had to pay from other suppliers excellent service from ordering to the delivery of it would highly recommend this company will use them again

I ordered a sample firstly which I received quickly I then placed the order for the flooring which was seamless and with a great discount I was not ready to have it fitted for a few weeks and I had the option to choose a date to suit which was ideal Anhar was also very helpful when I had to put the delivery back a further week I received text message updates re the delivery and the delivery was made within the timeslot Overall a great experience and will order again

We had been hunting for a floor for our kitchen for months and months Something stunning easy to clean and great quality then I found Floor Street on Instagram I had messaged them a few times asking for advice and samples and they were absolutely amazing Best customer service I have received for a long time So friendly helpful and nothing was too much trouble One of our packages arrived damaged no fault of FloorStreet and a new packet was sent out the next day after I contact them Floor Street even gave us advice on how to lay and which underlay we would need which meant we were able to lay the floor ourselves Amazing company and will certainly use again for our next room we are doing Thankyou

Great products and service

We recently bought and fitted the Desert Oak herringbone laminate flooring for our new lounge extension The colour quality and service has been fantastic The products arrived swiftly without delay with no damage at all We had them professionally fitted by a joiner who is used to working with solid wood flooring and he was amazed at the quality of the laminate and the ease of working with it Would definitely recommend floor street and would buy from them again Thanks

Herringbone flooring company

The herringbone flooring samples are such impressive quality The thickness and overall appearance of the samples were fantastic We ordered 4 samples and this allowed us to choose the right colour and style for us They arrived so quickly too Very pleased so far - can t wait for the rest of the flooring to arrive

In love with my flooring

The flooring was on pre order and whilst waiting I was provided with several updates on when to expect delivery Could not fault the service in any way We got the desert oak herringbone laminate for our dining room and I am honestly in love I would love to take the flooring right through the ground floor of our house however I am considering the straight laminate in desert oak as although I love herringbone I just love the colour of the desert oak Thank you Floor Street
