There is no problem with the items purchased but the change from royal mail delivery to Evri or Hermes is not a good idea as it now takes longer than 48 hrs delivery Now with the delivery problem in my area sorted I am totally satisfied with the products delivery and especially customer service I am more than happy to recommend Floppy Ears to other dog owners
