Non-sustainable customer policy
I ordered a spare part from Flos Approximately Euro 55 It was the wrong part and useless After 14 days they do not accept returns and I guess that is in line with EU consumer regulation However since it is not sustainable to throw away fully functional products I offered to pay for all shipping return it and get a refund for the product minus shipping They refused with a generic answer and a lot of seemingly polite phrases

Don t go there
The service was great the food was the worst I ve ever had The fish was so greasy it dripped apart that s when you could find a little fish The coleslaw was over priced for only 2 bites in the container and disgusting And I don t even know how to describe the stuffie but it was this red mush like baby food smashed between shells it was cold and it tasted horrible I only managed a few small bites and tossed it The appearance was nothing like any stuffed I had before It was a total waste of money and I will never go back and I will be sure to tell my family and friends STAY AWAY

Avoid ever ordering directly from these
Avoid ever ordering directly from these guys One of the most useless customer service teams I ve ever dealt with Don t reply to emails don t have a phone number to call product over a month delayed I ve emailed them 6 times and they still are not capable of simply placing an order for delivery despite the crazy delays Good products but never order directly from this joke of a customer service department a disgrace

Awful Customer Service
Awful Customer Service I bought a replacement bulb from them as none available elsewhere This bulb was around 60- so not cheap When it arrived and was fitted the light flickered on and off I assumed I must have a problem elsewhere with the lamp electrician fitted new dimmer switch The previous switch was only a year or two old so I was disappointed Light then still flickering Back to electrician another two occasions he then tried another bulb which is too large to get into the globe but which fitted the socket It worked perfectly I emailed Flos to get a replacement bulb as per their 2 year guarantee they initially refused- blaming the switch that had only been replaced because their bulb didn t work I sent photos as requested and of the lamp working with other bulb Again they insisted it can t be the bulb and disbelieved both me and the electrician I had to threaten legal action claim back from card company to get a new bulb sent They then didn t bother putting my full address into the courier instructions A bulb arrived today which does work but the whole thing has proved very costly frustrating and time consuming indeed I love the Flos lamp itself but would not buy another one because of their customer care

Defective and Dangerous Products
I join the negative reviews below I ordered the Flos Bon Jour Unplugged lamp and then found the concerns recall about fire I canceled the order within 24 hours but was told the lamp had already shipped I was given a return authorization and immediately returned the lamp once received I had to pay 30 to return the lamp Flos received the return on 19 July 23 and has acknowledged the return but has refused to issue the refund Flos is not responding to emails telephone voice mails and the online chat is down Their products are defective and I believe Flos should not be allowed to do business in the United States I will be contacting the Attorney General of NY where they are headquartered

Stopped working after a few weeks
Nice looking lamp and like that it doesn t need to be plugged in However stopped working after a couple of months My son bought 2 as he liked the design Both stopped working after a few weeks Don t know if it s a problem with the charging or a fault with the lamp Expensive waste of money

The worst customer service
Flos has the worst customer service of any company I have ever done business with in my entire life It is almost impossible to return an item since this company will not provide you with a UPS label I understand that the customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping however to have to transport this extremely heavy item to a UPS store because the ccompany won t provide a label is outrageous As an interior designer I will never have my clients do any business whatsoever with a company that has virtually no customer service I hope others who are considering doing business with Flos will read these negative reviews before purchasing any items from this company They do not deserve to be in business

Misrepresentations and Terrible Customer Service
This company says they provide free returns but when they sent me the wrong item they refused to pay return shipping they just stopped responding to emails when I would call they said that they needed to get approval from a manager and I never heard back etc I paid 30 to ship this back to them and lost at least 5 hours of my time dealing with this company I wish I had read about them on TrustPilot first but I assumed because this is a high-end brand that they would not LIE about their policies and then refuse to help me in this situation Terrible company will never do business with them again

Incompetence
I returned my order without even taking it out of the box three weeks ago and am still waiting for my refund which is approximately 600 Flos customer service cannot give me any answer as to when I will receive my refund They said that my information is with the financial department which has not yet processed it although the customer service department has given them all of the pertinent information to do so multiple times Inexcusable Another reason not to do business with this incompetent company

Horrendous lack of customer service
Edit they want me to edit the review because they responded by customer service email but there is still no solution I m just so frustrated I have not yet responded to their latest message and I m on vacation during which I ve wasted way too much of time my time dealing with this Their latest suggestion is still inaccurate Flos might make attractive lighting but their quality is poor and their customer service is almost nonresistant I have been trying to fix a 4000 lamp for over 4 months I have reached out for help at different stages now bought multiple replacement parts for an additional 1500 and I still am unable to get it to work or get actual assistance Every time I send an email describing in great detail the problems I am having or trying to get the right replacement parts including numerous photos no one ever understands what I am talking about I am a pretty thorough and detailed person I ve spelled out the problems numerous times I ve asked if there is any way to do a Facetime call or similar since I cannot think of any other way to clearly explain the problem - which is not that complicated but I get nowhere They might initially respond but then they often ignore follow-up messages It seems like their company policy dictates to not bother if they can t fix the problem in 1 or 2 messages Frankly I think there are no people in the New York location with any technical comprehension of their products although all I am trying to get are cords that simply have the correct connectors I send messages like I need a cord with photos of exactly what each end needs to look like they all have no clue Whenever I call I am nearly brought to tears out of such utter frustration My next step will be reporting them to the BBB as I am very out of patience Sometimes it s a language barrier as some employees are Italian but mostly it appears they are either not bright or just don t care This started in December of 2023 and is still unresolved at the end of April the form wants me to pick an exact date this experience but that s impossible to do
