Happy with the service
The present I had originally ordered had been damaged during delivery - FloweBe were quick to send a replacement out and the colourful posy was well received by the recipient I was also told the bath salts smelled divine

Really pleased
I ordered 2 posy s and vases for two friends after a bereavement Although there was a delay of 3 days due to the vases being out of stock communication was good I received an email with an option to cancel if I wanted I didn t and the recipients also received a bath soak They have sent me pictures and are thrilled with them They look beautiful Thank you very much x

Brilliant customer service
I have ordered a few posies from Flowerbe and they have been well received - sadly no one has sent me any so I haven t seen them myself Customer service has been really excellent - I have made mistakes a couple of times with delivery address and both times I have received an immediate response and resolution

Beautiful
I ordered a posy and ceramic mug for my partner for valentines and he was delighted I wanted something understated and beautiful and this fitted the bill perfectly The box was well wrapped no plastic and the flowers and mug inside were secure and well presented The handwritten note finished it all of beautifully The posy looks wonderful in its mug and has a good scent I m very happy and will use flowerbe again I recommend Thank you
