Scamming company not delivering orders and bad customer service

I placed an order for a make up box and it never arrived I reached out to them and they just stated I have received it They are a scam

I ordered on the 10 27 and now it s the 7 12 it s been over a month and no sign of my package whatsoever will probably never order again I m very disappointed because I spend a lot of my birthday money on this and now I don t even know if I ll ever get it If I could I d give 0 Stars

If I could give this company zero stars I would This package came after the expected delivery date I have emailed the company twice and I ve never been given the courtesy of a response My daughter was so disappointed when she opened up her package it was wet and the mirror to her eyeshadow palette was broken Extremely disappointed in this company

Terrible experience as I was so excited and ordered the little angel box set with perfume over 600 dollars It shows item delivered but it was missing half the items and the makeup box which is the only reason I ordered the full collection was to receive the box Do not buy from them they will not send what you order and not respond to your email or attempts to contact them

We got the delivery and opened it this Christmas evening it was a gift for my daughter She and we were very disappointed when opening the package very many items were missing and it was not at all Moonlight Mermaid All-In Gift Set which we had ordered and confirmed There was 1 hair clip no eyeshadow palletes no lip gloss no blush no eyeliner The delivery was paid by PayPal how to solve this will you send a new full delivery or do you return the money by PayPal Waiting for your quick reply PS No any reply yet

Non existent customer service

Products are very good the customer service is appallingly poor The package ended up being lost by customs Trying to get this resolved is a nightmare Emailing the company generates a response around every ten days Even if you have replied within an hour don t expect a reply or them actioning what you have asked

Complete scam Do not order from here they will not send you any products and no way to get your money back Would recommend cancelling whatever card was used to make a purchase from this site as it is a complete phishing scam Completely illegal
