A dreadful experience

This is probably the worst organised Garden Centre I have ever been to Even the staff who were as rare as hen s teeth conceded that the signage in the Centre was awful In trying to find the check out I had to resort to asking other customers who were equally confused To add insult to injury the restaurant closed at 3 30 on a Sunday afternoon My wife and I will never go to a Flowerland Garden Centre again

Here right now Cafe staff are sour faced as if they hate each other Hanging around the counter to collect my food No table service available even if there is 6 of them behind the server Patience is running thin

A poor experience

An unfortunate experience from beginning to end Prices are far too high in all areas The home decor section is large but disappointing since the quality does not match the high end prices Very difficult to find staff to help with queries prices directions When we did find someone to ask we were treated like an irritation We learned that since removing the butchers they will be now be removing the works as well Very poor business move in my opinion as this will have a large impact on the local community who have come to really appreciate having the works locally My grand children always look forward to visiting the works after we ve chosen some flowers and had a snack in the cafe I think we ll be looking to go elsewhere for out family days out in future

Hairs plural found in 9 wrap

I recently spent a lot of money on goods in Iver branch and then thought to get a takeaway for my daughter for lunch so visited the cafe I ordered a wrap which was made in the kitchen area not visible to customers It was 8-9 so we had high expectations Duly paid for the pitta wrap went home My daughter tucked in however there she had to abandon more than half of it 3 long hairs were found wrapped up in her wrap 1 you can pass 2 just about ok but 3 so surely no hairnets are worn Will pass on the cafe in future which is a shame as enjoyed many a lunch brunch over many years but the food feels unpalatable now so sad

Professional Service Brilliant Product and Very Quick Delivery

Could not be more pleased with not only our new parasol but the professional and efficient service received from Flowerland Although their website mentioned a pause in deliveries due to Covid-19 I saw they had a parasol in stock and emailed to see if they were still delivering I received a call the Sunday morning to confirm it was in stock and they would be happy to deliver by Tuesday I put through the order online and Tuesday morning the parasol arrived Delivery in less than 48 hours is absolutely exceptional in our current state I am so pleased I contacted them as all the larger centres were estimating 3-4 weeks delivery time Not to mention their pricing was cheaper than competitors Will certainly be recommending Flowerland and look forward to purchasing again in the future

Beautiful place to shop for plants garden furniture and decorations Excellent customer service Goods always delieverd on time One of the term members Karen in particular is very helpful and patient Will definitely recommend to friends and family

Amazing garden centre Hedsor but the music We know the basic age of most people visiting garden centres and the music isn t appropriate Clearly the owner is into this style trip hip-hop Just don t think it s conducive to the shopping experience

Wonderful visit to Flowerland Iver Bucks on Sunday So much to see and very nice refreshments in their cafe Staff very cheerful and helpful - even supplying containers to take home part of the delicious cake that we couldn t finish as they were large portions We will be back
