So impressed I ordered a bouquet of sunflowers for my Grandmother for next day delivery and shortly after I placed the order found out she was in fact due to be away until the following week I didn t want her to return home to dead flowers so I sent an email to the customer team but as it was such a short turnaround and the phone number wasn t working I was worried they wouldn t see my email in time By happy coincidence I saw on Google that I live just a short bus ride away from their depot So I travelled over and the lady who was there Christin was soo helpful - she found my order rearranged the date and sent me text confirmation when the new order was being sent - even including a lovely free vase as compensation for me going down there in person My email communications with James and Nathaniel were super professional and friendly too The team really went above and beyond to correct what was ultimately MY mistake Lovely people Would 100 order from them again
