Worst most stressful experience ever

This was the worst experience I ve ever had with the company I tried to send flowers to my sister for a surprise The company could not deliver them on the day that they promised and I paid extra for the same day delivery Then they promised me two different times that they would deliver them and I had to tell my sister about it so she would wait home for them and they still did not deliver them I finally just cancelled the order I talked to the highest manager I could get to and he was very rude and would not let me get a word in He just kept interrupting me and saying he didn t understand I will never use FlowersFromYou com again and would never recommend them to anyone

I don t normally come on to leave a review but this is worth the time Ordered 80 arrangement and oh how I wish I could upload pictures to show what was ordered and what was received Not a single flower was correct Hot pink and white ground flowers instead of roses pastel pink roses and others I cannot name Then When I messged to complain they started off with a 30 refund Are you kidding They did end up providing a full refund but not only were the flowers but the 30 refund was insulting NEVER WILL I USE THEM AGAIN TERRIBLE

Don t Waste Your Time or Money

spent 300 dollars on several orders of flowers for Valentine s Day Half were not delivered on time Couldn t reach anyone on line or on the 1800 number Finally I complain on FB and they refund me 17 dollars No flowers no money This dealer s a compete scam and should be removed

They failed a funeral delivery how appalling

I ordered flowers for a funeral Paid extra to ensure they would be there on time and they were never delivered Can you imagine Wanting to share sympathy and give a gift to a family who is grieving only to get a phone call at 1 00 pm The funeral was at 8 a m Stating the deceased name as if it were my name to tell me that my flowers were left outside in the hallway of my apartment What Absolutely unbelievable Do not waste your time or money on this company Next time I will order from 1-800 Flowers

This company is absolutely the worse company I have ever attempted to do business with I ordered a hot box of Roses to be delivered to my lady at our condo in Florida for her birthday Not only did they not deliver is they waited til four days later to tell me they could not fulfil the order are you kidding me when I told them what a terribly compromising position they put my relationship they offered to refund my money because they did not make the funeral obviously they never looked at the birthday card then when they called me back they said they would refund my 150 00 and send a small floral piece for free What I would not order any thing from this company if it was free the worst of the worst OMG stay away if you are smart If you do not believe me write me

Ordering was really easy and I can t say too much right now because I have to wait and see the outcome I just got an email stating my flowers were delivered However the email came from From You Flowers who I wrote a bad review on So I take it all the flower companies are one big business with different names I never order flowers From you Flowers I order from Flowershopping com I won t be ordering any more flowers online I refuse to do business with From You Flowers and yet my order went to them Is this a scam or what

Unhappy

I ordered a bright arrangement of flowers in a Mason jar for my daughter who is in her 20 s The flowers my daughter received were pale light pink wilted flowers that looked like they were for a funeral I wanted the flowers delivered by noon but I had to call the florist 3 times to during the day to remind them The flowers were finally delivered around 4 45 and my daughter had already left work for the day Even the message that was on the card was incorrect Very disappointed and will NEVER use this florist again Instead of the flowers cheering my daughter up they ended up making both of us feel depressed because they were so ugly

Failed to fulfill delivery notified me too late

I placed on online order at 11am for same day delivery and paid an additional fee to expedite it They called me at 3 20 pm to tell me they would be unable to fulfill the order that day They offered to upgrade and send them at the same cost the following day or to give me a 15 discount but neither of those things allowed me to get flowers to my friend on the anniversary of her mother s death It would have been one thing if they had not been able to fulfill the order but they waited so long that it was too late for me to contact any other florist for same day delivery Pay a little more to use a company that will ensure delivery

Failed FUNERAL Delivery

I will never use FROMYOUFLOWERS again and I recommend you stay away from this company They missed the scheduled delivery of flowers to a funeral and did not even tell me they were unable to find someone to fill my order until after the fact Called customer service was continually put on hold and even had their automated system say my order was scheduled for delivery and hung up on me I was eventually able to get a full refund but I strongly recommend you find someone else for your flower delivery needs
