Super Sketchy Company
They do not have a phone number for assistance They have only sent one item out of three which was returned I have only received credit for one of the items They refuse to respond to repeated requests for status Do not do business with a company that can t stand behind their products by providing a phone number for contact Very sketchy internet company with non-existent customer service AVOID FLOYD HOME AT ALL COSTS

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE
HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE STILL NOT RESOLVED No customer service phone number to contact when the wrong order was sent to us We spent thousands of dollars on a bed frame over Black Friday late November It is now late January and the incorrect order is still sitting on our living room floor Have to email with inept customer service who takes 3-5 business days to even respond The matter could have been resolved in minutes if there was a phone number This should be illegal business practice

No updates on order and awful customer service
Placed on order on 1 July for an item that was listed as in stock As of 25 July I still have not received any updates or status on shipping even though they promised tracking information on 7 22 Customer service is virtually non-existent and when a live person actually responds they just give you the run around

Unreasonable Delays on Bedside Tables
Wish I had read these reviews earlier I ordered a bedside table and like many others on here I don t know if I will ever receive it I have ordered and received a sectional sofa and dining room set between when I ordered this bedside table and now What about this small glued together plywood is so hard to source assemble ship Every other company seems to be able to get their products to me but Floyd continues to email saying I assure you we are working directly with our partners to ensure that your Floyd is delivered to you safely and as quickly as possible

If I could give less than one start
If I could give less than one start that s what they would get A company that hides behind automated systems to avoid talking to a customer ordered an item that has gone 3 months behind on delivery and left to deal with a delivery company that offers you inflexible options months ahead Horrible experience horrible company Beware

Bed side tables ordered late Nov 2022
Bed side tables ordered late Nov 2022 Both items came damaged Feb 2023 not via transit but poor craftmanship and assembly - screws stripped out and scratches on painted surfaces After reaching out to customer service two week response time we are told replacement items would ship 5-6 weeks later Fast forward to May 2 2023 and we are told there is another delay and items wont be shipped out until mid June Over 7 months to deliver over 500 worth of product and that s assuming either the items ship and or they come undamaged Overall one of the worst experiences I ve had with any company

Desk - delayed 4 months then abruptly canceled
I ordered a desk from Floyd the first week of March 2024 and the delivery window was estimated to be 4-5 weeks Over the course of the last 5 months Floyd delayed the delivery window again and again After getting assurances from their customer service team that the desk would ship by the end of July my order was abruptly canceled by Floyd on August 1st with no explanation I ve spent a lot of time trying to get a response from Floyd s customer service team over the past few months and I can confidently say this has been the worst customer experience I ve ever had with an online shop Do not make the same mistake I did

Stay Away from Floyd
I ordered a bed 5 weeks ago and have not received anything from Floyd I contacted them as soon as the far end of the delivery window was lapsed They assured me I would have shipping confirmation by July 17 Again the ship date has passed with ZERO communication from the company I reached out again asking for refund options and they responded with a generic We will check with the warehouse to see when it will ship This company is a fraud

Abysmal customer service AVOID
I had high hopes when I purchased a sectional couch from Floyd but it s been nothing short of a frustrating disappointing experience Our couch which is less than 9 months old and has been gently used and well cared for developed a seam rip at the back seat cushion which appears to be the result of faulty manufacturing Naturally I assumed it would be covered under warranty after all that s what warranties are for Right Wrong Floyd s customer service took a staggering 4 weeks to respond to my initial inquiry only to dismiss my issue and claim it wasn t covered When I reached back out for clarification because how does a rip from poor craftsmanship NOT fall under warranty silence It s now been almost 2 months since my follow-up email and Floyd has effectively ghosted me What kind of company sells products with a reputation for modern design and durability then abandons its customers when the product fails due to their own manufacturing defects Floyd apparently If you re considering buying from Floyd think again For the premium price you re better off buying from a company that actually stands behind its products because when things go wrong with Floyd you ll be left with nothing but frustration poor craftsmanship and a broken couch
