Atrocious level of service
Pretty much horrible experience with their service Ordered a printer off the flsun3d website got a text saying delivery expected on Monday However tracking shows that Amazon their fulfilment partner attempted delivery on Saturday and Sunday So why was the text only delivered on Monday Delivery was attempted Monday and tracking noted parcel was rejected A lie as we were in all day - not FLSUN s fault for this issue fine More problems start when contacting FLSUN for help on Monday Service personnel do not bother to read past messages and require points to be reiterated multiple times on each following day Service personnel should know better to read up on the client file Requests for follow up to be emailed were ignored prompting me to have to navigate to my SMS launch the page and manually check for new messages every 24h - Chinese working time accounted for already Why No follow up was initiated by the team I had to manually chase for an update every one or two days Service non-existent After 10 days since initiating a ticket still no concrete updates Only platitudes were given Don t worry friend we will sort this out I don t care for platitudes - I want to know when my problem will be solved how it will be solved and what is being done to solve it No transparency on what is happening behind the scenes or what the blocking issues are Expectations not managed nor given Utterly ridiculous Avoid like the plague Not worth the hassle

disgasting customer care 2 month of delay and still no tracking number none a single official reply on mail after a big clamor on ssr throw all reputation with 400 campaign made on lie really avoid then if u don t want to wast time and money

Warranty and Support does not exist
Bought a FLSun Q5 brand new which came with a 1 year warranty so felt reassured Printer was working fine initially but started running into all sorts of self issues i run multiple 3D Printers and i had never had such issues with them Tried contacting their Skype support probably 50 or so times to try diagnose repair the printer but nothing the advertised warranty is not what you think it is and its basically non existent Better just getting an Ender printer

No Response was better than when they responded
Contacted support due to a firmware issue and got no response Contacted the third party I bought through and they have been good and managed to get through to Flsun however FLsuns advice has been abysmal They supplied incorrect firmware and completely corrupted the device Now rather than replacing it they are asking me to completely rebuild the device from instructions from a dodgy git hub repository which has instructions as long as a book that also links out to other instructions equally long

Do not buy from them First ever software issues then hard where issues and then we needed to send it back for repairs when they shipped it back it was damaged and it s been 6 months that you say the warranty is expired and they can t refund me even though it s not a warranty issue it s that they damaged or UPS damaged the product when it was being shipped back even though the product never ever worked

Very untrustworthy and shady company
Their printers can t hit the numbers they advertise They change the terms of their promotion without notice and try to backdate announcements made after the fact Their website only gives you the option to accept all for cookies and when you click the privacy policy button next to the accept all it takes you to a page not found page

Extremely Slow Unprofessional Process
I ordered the FLSUN S1 Pro half a month ago After my purchase they informed me they couldn t ship it from their EU warehouse They spent days searching for shipping options from China only to offer an unreasonably high shipping cost 920 When I declined they took even more time to lower the price but by then I had already purchased another printer elsewhere I requested a full refund 1 836 88 immediately yet they are still holding my money and say it will take another 3-5 business days to process This entire experience has been a complete waste of time 14 days of waiting no printer and still no refund Absolutely unprofessional

Easy assembly with good instructions
Easy assembly with good instructions My first delta printer and now my favorite- best first layer I ve ever had and the best of my four 3d printers when it comes to dimensional accuracy Reached out to customer service about a minor issue and got a quick and polite response They had to check with another department and the next morning my answer was waiting for me Very pleased with no complaints
