Just Another Online Shop with the Money First Game Plan
I should have done more research before buying from this company but I ve learned my lesson yet again Do not buy from online shops before reading the reviews Find out as much info as you can Many companies revolted over to money-making policies in order to save face during the Covid Pandemic It has ruined a lot of customer first practices I ve seen good companies go to very bad ones but some still put the customer first Fluid Free Ride isn t one of them Stay far away from this company Once they got your money that s it They ll throw you around in loops never contact you directly They also like changing their policies on the fly to prevent helping you You could spend weeks with them through emails it s not worth the headaches A lot of their emails are confusing They grab you in with lower prices discounts on parts but what s the point of that when Let me explain something to all of the e-commuters before going further with my review Every part on your e-vehicle is sourced from China Saving 5 to them means a lot so don t expect the online shop you bought your e-bike or e-scooter from will actually do anything to help you when it comes to obtaining better parts that actually last compared to the stocked parts They ll just give you the same junk that came with your overpriced e-vehicle for about a year before gouging you for new parts I purchased a Nami Burn E-2 Max about 3 months ago via PayPal Credit that experience alone was a headache with FedEx They should be shipping these high-end e-bikes e-scooters via freight instead They compensated me with some replacement tires but they originally wanted me to return the e-scooter when I found out the lights wouldn t work out of the box If it wasn t for my dad then we would have never discovered the problem We ended up fixing a cable that was shorting out the control board then it worked We noticed some other strange things with the brakes but after I finally got to ride on it I never bothered following up with those problems not until recently They put Logan brakes on a 5 grand e-scooter that goes over 30 mp h I had no prior knowledge of hydraulic brakes until I took it to a local place to get a diagnostic report service repair done on it because Fluid Free Ride was taking their sweet time addressing my issues They also claimed they would only refund me via my original payment method or store credit After I had paid off the e-scooter I had planned to start closing most of my credit accounts so I had already did it with my PayPal Credit account I couldn t believe Fluid Free Ride wouldn t send me a check for reimbursement of any service charge done on the e-scooter during the warranty period Logan brakes are essentially the worse on the market putting them on a high-end scooter like the Nami is just wrong unfair The front brake started leaking braking fluid the back brake started skidding when I was coming home from work on a Friday afternoon Over 12 weeks I started seeing both brakes get duller by the day as the instructions told me to do with a small image was to level the brakes every now then Well that takes work equipment that I don t have anyway but the point remains Fluid Free Ride wasn t going to send me the necessary parts to repair the scooter anyway because the place I took it to told me this was an impossible situation to deal with that you can t actually replace the front brake not like how it was done at the factory Which means I was sold a glass cannon lemon e-vehicle with bad parts The amount of info I got from this repair shop was endless the people there were very knowledgeable They explained to me that I m not the first person to come in with a similar story They quoted me a replacement price discovered other issues with the back piston pads not leveling down properly so after a bleed they discovered the back brake was also bad Two brakes with unrepairable situations because they re custom made for Nami by Logan They have super long tubes a unremovable nut The whole part would have to be replaced but then they told me they ll have to break the seal on this type of repair They won t do it because they tried doing it before on the Logan brakes Guess what they told me after that They had 3 techs that could never get it to work It seems like Nami doesn t want customers fixing their scooters Throw the right to repair out the window again After getting the diagnostic report from the shop I said screw it I called PayPal Credit they let me dispute the charge During this time Fluid Free Ride has yet to send me a return label or agree to reimburse me for the service charge I ve been ghosted by the people I spent 5 grand with even though they agreed to let me return the e-scooter for a full refund Getting a rep on the phone is impossible

Do Not Buy From Fluid Free Ride Trust the endless one-star reviews Fluid Free Ride will not stand by helping even when you pay for the 500 warranty on their nicest scooter This scooter broke within 2 5 weeks of having it They will not replace or refund They expect you to pay 350 each way for shipping instead of doing a replacement or refund or paying for the shipping themselves I ve now been emailing support for longer than I had the scooter working See email s below from their support team Tami The Supervisor Adam won t take any charge with communicating when requested either Terrible investment and service go with another brand From Tami fluidfreeride Sep 28 2023 18 57 EDTTo MayHi May I am sorry do not return the display as of yet as the replacement scooter has been denied because you had the scooter for a month before you rode it in the rain and it quit working So the catch here is that we do not cover anything due to water damage under warranty but they say you can ride the nami in the rain and it will be fine so in that case we have to cover it under warranty But since it was a month in they will not approve a replacement only will fix it under the warranty as promised So we have to figure out what this is and get it fixed when you put in new display it turns on and off as it should now correct so controllers are about all that is left I am going to send out 2 new controllers and here are the instructions to replace the 2 controllers watch them and make sure you are able to do this at home yourself and i will create the order for you I will get the warehouse to ship this off tomorrow ill ask him personally to be sure it goes out the door tomorrow I will ask them to ship it like 2 day priority for you but i cant promise that part From MaySep 28 2023 7 29 PM 10 days ago To fluidfreerideThat s incorrect the scooter wasn t delivered to me until July 29th and then I submitted my first help desk ticket to Fluid Freeride on August 23rd That s 25 days between the order being delivered me building it together riding it a few times then it having issues and me submitting the help desk ticket This is absolutely not okay - Please provide me with your supervisor s contact information so we can get this correct immediately I paid 4 156 95 for this scooter extended warranty There s been delay after delay with this help I ve received over the past month plus with slow replies submitting the incorrect orders and delayed shipments A this point this email chain about this broken scooter lasted longer than I had it functioning From Tami fluidfreeride Sep 29 2023 15 32 EDTTo MayHi May Adam has sent this ticket back to me and said he stands by what he said during the chat session that talking directly with him is not going to change his mind as he read the email threads and he wants to inspect the scooter at the shop to be sure it gets fixed correctly You can bring it to the Miami shop or ship it in we do not cover shipping with the warranty It will cost 350 to ship it to the shop and we will send you a label to send it in with The reason we would not replace it was because you had the scooter for almost a month already and they only replace scooters when they are bad out of the box when i suggested to replace it i was mistaken in thinking you had just received the scooter with all the different emails between us and you and Jason and then getting them merged it got a bit confusing at first when we looked back in the many different emails we seen you had not just gotten the scooter and it wasnt bad out of the box That is why the replacement was denied I am sorry that i suggested it when it was not an option But i had also said i had to send it up for approval from my manager I never said it would be approved The only 2 things left that can go wrong on this scooter are the controllers and the motors The display must have been bad as it was flickering and such and then we replaced it and it quit flickering I was advised by level 2 to send the display and then the throttle as that is what they diagnosed as being bad the controllers will sometimes go bad and knock out the display as well So if you get it sent in now they will replace the controllers for you under warranty

This place suck
Came here to get a flat tire fixed and it took a whole week to get it back which is understandable since they only have one mechanic When I went to go pick up the scooter I wasn t able to ride it there because i live an hour and a half away and had to pick up my girlfriend When I finally did ride it the tire was flat I called the customer service line and they said I can take it back and they will fix it that day When I get there I give it to the employee with the the man bun and glasses I asked him what time I could pick it up that day and he laughed in my face and said Idc what they told you your not getting your scooter back until a week it s first come first serve You should have checked before you left That was a pathetic answer from someone who is supposed to be helping customers and now it s my fault they didn t do their job right So I asked him to speak to the manager and he didn t want to come out of the back he sent me the same guy to talk to me So your manager is going to let unprofessional people deal with stuff like this they should have came out to deal with their rude employee and the complain not stay in the back Shout out to the mechanic there though he came out from the back heard that it was an issue from last time and promised me he would have it done that day When I came back to pick it up the guy with the man bun was mad that I was able to get it back that day even though he kept saying your not getting it for a week and then says and it s going to be free this time Of course it should be you didn t do your job right the first time So point is learn how to fix your own scooters because you don t want to go in a store with rude ass employees and a non helpful manager The mechanic there showed more professionalism then both of those employees I bought this scooter because they had a shop where I would be able to get the scooters fixed half off but I would never buy from fluid free ride again because of this I d rather learn how to fix myself Fluidfree ride this man bun employee and your manager are the face of your company there and they sure ain t making it look good get better workers or your gonna be paying employees that don t do nothing but sit around all day making your company look bad

I wish I read negative reviews first prior to placing the order with them I bought Inokim OXO Inokim Mini2 a week ago as part of their online promotion get OXO and receive Mini2 for free Sounds good Yeah but the reality is different So this weekend I got the delivery The Mini2 box was great - clearly new condition The box of OXO - 1 was totally destroyed like when someone opens the box and they just destroy the cardboard during the process of opening it 2 taped everywhere one box fell out from another 3 box said OX not OXO So their explanation was that they re packing stuff and bla-bla-bla And then I was asked to inspect the box and open it and send them pics what is inside I have a feeling that If I would have done this - they would say oops it was opened you can t return open items Seems they are trying to sell used items as new Pathetic Wanted to support the US company Will initiate the return or cancellation through my AMEX if they don t send me a new OXO in the original OXO box

Horrible Customer Service and Terrible shipping quality
I ordered 2 scooters from Fluid Free Ride A Nami E2 and a Wolf Warrior X The Nami came late and broken they finally gave me a return shipping after a week of calling in for help They ve had the scooter back for almost 3 months - since 12-12-22 to be exact They having issued a refund and are fighting my CC for the dispute I had to open A manager from Visa called with me on the phone - they disconnected us after 1st Acknowleding they authorized the retunr of the broken scooter and are still reviewing the refund The CC manager asked for a supervisor that I have emails from stating they would return my money but we got hung up on and when tried to call back it g on hold for over 20 minutes before being dropped She said this is horrible and will push for my internal refund chargeback The 2nd scooter was never delivered and they won t provide proof of my signature - which was required at the time of delivery This company is absolutely horrible and lacks any merit and credibility I highly encourage everyone to not waste any time or effort with this company Adam the supervisor is an absolute piece of crap and a liar I hope he burns in hell Sad man with a small dick I he enjoys the small time of false power You will get what is due to you and the horrible company you work for Get a backbone and do the right thing Can t even get on the phone you re a weak excuse for a person and company

Apollo Scooter Fluidfreeride
We purchased an Apollo Scooter from this company 6 months later the scooter became defective with an error code of E10 This company is so hard to communicate with and they do not honor the 12 month warranty when it comes to service if a problem comes up We have tried for several weeks to get a resolution to this problem yet they have failed to remedy it We paid over 1600 00 for this scooter and the service we have received in return has been horrible Be aware that the ratings on their website are only the ratings they themselves allow to be posted so any negative ones are simply screened and unposted I would highly recommend not purchasing from this company especially if you do not live in their service areas They do not even take phone calls at all either when you attempt to contact them it is by email or an answering machine Good luck at getting anyone to call you back to speak with you about your scooter problem Utilize a local reputable scooter company and stay away from Fluidfreeride don t let the reviews on their website fool you as stated earlier they only allow reviews they have screened to be posted This is why as a genuine purchaser I have to post this here as they do not allow true follow posts You have been warned

I paid 850 but never got my scooter
I ordered a Horizon scooter online from Fluidfreeride over 7 weeks ago for which I payed over 850 including shipping I was in contact with customer support who assured me the scooter would be delivered within 2-4 weeks I ve been trying to get some updates from the company on the status of my order but since the last two weeks they have gone totally non responsive and haven t even replied to my last four emails And even though they told me that my scooter shipped several weeks ago there is no record of the scooter shipping something I ve confirmed with the package insurer So at this point I m down over 800 bucks and with nothing to show for it except for a feeling of being ripped off and disrespected by this company This is by far the worst online shopping experience I ve ever had and I can t believe they can treat a paying customer like this So think twice before you order from these guys as you might end up without both your money and your scooter

Disorganized and uncommunicative
I have been through the ringer with their customer support First 1200 scooter was delivered with a defective brake rotor They accepted that the defect was real after I sent a video of the defect but the communication around rectifying the situation was lackadaisical at best They finally issued a return and I sent the scooter back for repair I stressed over and over again that it was critical that the repaired scooter be sent to a different address than my original order and I provided the correct address in 3 different support emails Today I got the FedEx notification and surprise surprise they shipped it to the wrong address I m so tired of dealing with this company

Terrible Customer Service Do not buy wasting money
My Fluidfreeride Horizon scooter is dead on arrival Contact for technical support no response at all Then I request for a return and Alex from FFR do it very superficially dripping instructions and requests for a whole week He asked me to do a diagnosis and take a video multiple times to prove the error and to make sure I hadn t used it even though I sent photos and video when I opened the box and submitted it in the claim file I tried to comply with their request but they refused He said he could not proceed with the request if the process was not followed He will forward this request to a senior support team member and get back to me within 24 to 48 hours I was so frustrated with customer service after many emails I also don t know when I will be able to return the scooter and receive a refund Or they hold it back and I ll be out over 800 on a bunch of metal Do not buy any from them
