I bought the FLX Babymaker bike during the initial Indiegogo campaign It arrived a month later than they planned but I got at least two notifications a week after they were in the production shipping phase I continue to get one or two updates a week I don t understand all the negative reviews about customer service responses I sent two emails on two issues and got a response in a day or two There is a ton of information constantly updated on their Facebook page and their website FLX is one of the best companies I ve seen in regards to their information sharing and customer service response I ve not been able to ride my bike more than once as it s winter and cold here in Chicago but the bike is solidly constructed and quite beautiful Please don t believe these bad reviews about FLX customer service

Great bike

Great bike The Babymaker is a kickstarter project so delay was expected in addition to Covid But I got the bike love it Color s great size s great customer support was quick and friendly to help me change the size before delivery Carbon belt is a new thing for me but so far very satisfactory Now I just wish I have more roads to ride like in California This is NJ NYC

FLX Bandit ebike is awesome

I bought the FLX Bandit ebike because of its sleek and cool look The bike shipped within a couple of hours of my purchase and arrived within a week The customer service team was able to answer any questions I had and they were also very nice and knowledgeable My bike has worked flawlessly for a little over a year now and I enjoy riding it in the city I have had no issues with the ebike and every time I ride it I get stares and compliments about how cool it looks I would definitely recommend this bike for those who live in a decent size city for the ease of commuting

I love my bandit

I love my bandit I love the looks of it and it rides pretty awesome it has a lot of torque and rapid acceleration it s a heavy bike so everything feels solid and stable I added the headlight and tail light kit and it s perfect combo my only suggestion is to add rear suspension riding is a little rough with that being said this is a solid ebike highly recommend it

Ready to make babies with this thing

Seriously love this ebike I have to use this bike for my primary means of transportation I have been secluded to a small radius of walking and riding a normal bike and now I am crossing town In the city the only thing slowing me down is traffic and red lights

First off I would like to say that Flx is a top-notch company from the top down I was a part of the initial crowdfunding for the original baby maker and as I m sure people are aware crowdfunding can be a bit risky but communication from FLX as well as how they handled the campaign was always transparent and on point My bike was delivered earlier than the expected window it came with easy to follow tutorials that made the building experience a breeze I was up and running before I knew it and the riding experience is absolutely incredible The baby maker was smooth and handles extremely well I can t say enough about how great my experience was Five-star experience across-the-board thanks again FLX

Love the bike great customer service

I gave my contribution to Indigogo about a week after the campaign began with the expectation that I would receive my bike with an estimated delivery date I got it and I love it and it was only a few weeks later than their estimate FLX gave weekly updates on YouTube about the progress and that s unheard of in crowd-funding projects The display was damaged in shipping and I contacted FLX customer service immediately They responded within 48 hours and I received a new display 12 days after I had received my bike Great company and great service in this dumpster-fire of a year

Great Design Great Support

I love my Trail F5 and have gotten a lot of interest in the design as I ride it around But I am also lucky to be in the neighborhood and experience wonderful customer support as well I had some issues with my derailleur and when I took it in I got a quick turn around and fix for free The staff was very friendly and helpful and I walked out with tips on riding nearby trails and more I am very glad I chose FLX for both their products and their awesome team
