Please don t travel with this airline

If your mental health is important to you do not fly with Edelweiss Air Today in Antalya despite having all of the necessary Schengen visa and documentation with my wife a member of Edelweiss Air staff refused to print her a boarding permit They stopped her from traveling to Portugal They rudely told my wife that your visa is not valid while I traveled the same flight route with the same visa 20 days ago and came to Lisbon They intentionally caused us harm Their decision to cancel her flight was disappointing Even though she could have traveled with her canceled ticket we were forced to pay 900 more for a last-minute direct flight To Edelweiss Air We know our rights very well we will not slack off here and will devote as much time as is necessary to ensuring that you never do this to anyone else again I ll never forgive you for hurting my family ---Case Number 2309-WK-03102

Luggage delayed and damaged

My luggage was first lost so I filed property irregularity report at the airport It was found the next day but I had to travel from Omi to Split Airport in Ka tela and back that s almost 90 kilometers It was returned to me after 21 hours Im 31 weeks pregnant all of my maternity clothes was inside as well as my work files seeing it was a business trip I get to the airport and see my luggage is severely damaged to the point one of it s wheels is broken ripped It s scratched and bumped Looked as if someone threw it off the luggage vehicle in high speed I filed two complaints and they responded to one of them with almost automatic message saying they ll deal with my claim and in case I have further questions to reply to the email I did so asking what about the other claim Several days after still no response Horrible experience

Book with another airline if you can

Took a 10 5-hour flight with Edelweiss and it was a mess Food was terrible no protein just an unhealthy meals that felt like they were for kids Drinks were barely offered and alcohol cost extra No power outlets so I couldn t use my laptop The flight was delayed and I got rebooked without any notice which left me stranded in Zurich for hours I ve flown long haul a lot and this was by far the worst airline I ve used Would not recommend

Super-service experience

I had very nice experience traveling with Edelweiss Air I literally had no complains Everyone was very polite the flight was on-time I was pleasantly surprised to find that the regular ticket included a meal It was very simple but given that many airlines provide food at additional cost it was nice

Unexpected 5 star experience

We was booked with Edelweiss after a cancelled flight regarding to a strike in Germany Our experience was great and everything was related to the staff super-service Thanks to mr Cappellano Simone Doshner and Elaine Butikofer You made our trip excellent Regards Thomas and Anneli

Definitely better than many other

I flew for the first time though I am a very frequent traveler on Edelweiss from Grand Canaria to Zurich on an A320 I didn t expect much being that it was considered an intra-European flight even though I was in Business Class Well the service was easily the best I have ever experienced on a short or medium haul flight with the flight attendants being very efficient professional and pleasant There was a meal that would put most airlines long haul business dinners to shame - including the table setting quality of food and wonderful service The flight was on time and everything from origin to desination went without a single hitch Most Enjoyable and Kudos to the staff and crew at Edelweiss pdg

Best flight ever

I flew from Zurich to Tampa The greatest service I have ever had The crew was very nice and they gave food and snacks for free all the time Because we had a connecting flight we were late to Zurich and didn t believe that our luggage would make it to Tampa in time But it did I would fly Edelweiss all day everyday
