Excellent Service From FlygCity
I had a very positive experience with FlygCity. When I booked my flight, they offered the lowest price available. Three months later, the airline changed the departure time and flight details, and I was immediately notified by FlygCity. The email clearly stated that I could contact them if the new schedule did not suit me. I replied explaining that the proposed option was not convenient and requested a change to a more suitable flight. They responded promptly and handled the changes in a professional and friendly way. I am very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them.

Decent Flight Deals but Poor Customer Support
I used Flygcity to book a flight to Stockholm and found some decent deals on their platform. The website interface is straightforward, and comparing flight options is relatively easy. The prices were competitive compared to other travel booking sites. However, my experience was marred by poor customer support. When I had an issue with my booking and tried to contact them, responses were slow and unhelpful. My questions were never properly answered, and the chat support seemed automated. This made me extremely frustrated since I had a genuine concern about my flight dates. The booking process itself was smooth, but finding contact information for customer service proved difficult. When I finally reached someone, they couldn't resolve my issue adequately. This left me with a bad taste about the company despite the good initial flight deals. On the positive side, the payment options are diverse, and the booking confirmation was quick. The flights themselves were as advertised once I completed the booking. I would recommend Flygcity for finding flight deals if you don't anticipate needing customer support. However, if you value responsive customer service, look elsewhere. I had booked a ticket through this site but unfortunately the airlines had cancelled the flights of my return journey Airlines requested me to contact the travel agent and then i just wrote a simple email to the Flygcity support but then they reverted back to me in less than 2 hours and they directly provided me with the alternate option which was very Continent I was really surprised and happy to receive the new e-ticket in 2 hours without waiting on call center queues I appreciate the support from the team and I recommend to use Flygcity for your bookings

Flygcity Professional Thiefs
Even if the cost for change of ticket is 0 Flygcity is taking out a minimum charge of 400 SEK Which is insane they block the client from changing their own tickets and force the traveler too only go through them When you call them they direct you to be supported by the flight company and the flight company never go beyond their own policies These people are real hustlers they know what applies and not hence they make a fool out of you and get you pay alot of charges basically for nothing Professional THIEFS It is not even written in their rules when you book the ticket that this would be the case Avoid especially to pay for gold service it is really anything else than gold service

They are scammers they scammed me in a ticket and did not send me they said check with the airline and the airline police say they did not book it for me
