My girls love these and seem to be laying better more quality eggs I do wish you would offer a longer time for the subscription orders My flock has decreased and I am ordering the 10 lbs for the free shipping I now have 2 10 lb boxes that I have not opened I did put a skip on the next shipment but a longer time would be great

I order is for every other month and I have been receiving a box every month One was in late Nov and the other the first week of December I now have 4 boxes and only 5 chickens I cancelled order until April and yet still got a box in December Please correct this mistake asap and take me off of auto ship

Slow Customer Support
Customer service takes waaaay too long to get back to you I promptly tried via email their website s contact form facebook and instagram and by the time they responded it was already too late to do anything about the shipping address issue from the Shop Pay app auto-form filling the incorrect address Flygrubs has no direct phone number either so basically I had to watch as days went by and then my grubs were ultimately shipped out to someone across the country instead of me They were unapologetic about it even though there was plenty of time to intercept Moving my business over to Grubbly Farms instead

I wrote many times that computer put wrong shipping address Nobody got in touch with me and my order went to different place I cannot correct on website correct address and it noway to find phone number to speak anyone I cannot pay for things that I did not receive
