As an athlete and fitness enthusiast I put my body through a pretty good amount of training As part of my recovery I get massages from Steven Not only is Steven extremely knowledgeable professional and has the hands of gold his energy is free flowing which allows for ultimate relaxation and no fear in being your truest form Mind body connection is important in any area of health and after my most recent massage my next lift session was full of greater movement that lead to nothing but personal records in each lift Don t have your next session booked what are you wating for

Enhanced Mobility

In early March of 2021 I sustained an injury of the right Lumbar Sacral Spine subsequent to poor body mechanics while lifting heavy garden containers The pain was extraordinary such as to double me up after a lower back spasm and make impossible any forward motion until the spasm passed I had the good fortune to enlist the services of Steven Falconetti a Licensed Massage Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant with a Bachelor s in Exercise Science who over the course of the month on a weekly basis administered comprehensive therapeutic massage to the affected area and adjacent connective tissues e g muscles tendons ligaments where collateral damage might have occurred At the culmination of the first visit the pain in my lower back had substantially subsided by the time of my next weekly visit I was effectively pain free Mr Falconetti also instructed me in a variety of corrective exercises which greatly enhanced my range of motion and improved my general mobility while minimizing pain throughout the process I feel it appropriate to mention Mr Falconetti provided services in my place of residence while supplying a state-of-the-art exercise table for my convenience I found Mr Falconetti s knowledge of anatomy and the dynamics of muscular skeletal interactions subsequent to trauma outstanding Client safety was always paramount in every instruction concerning exertion especially while engaging in corrective exercises Mr Falconetti was always personable and his overall demeaner and approach to his discipline thoroughly professional I recommend him without reservation and wish him all the best in his career moving forward Sincerely Paul R Pagel DSW ACSW DCSWDoctor of Social WelfareAcademy of Certified Social WorkersDiplomat in Clinical Social Work

Flying Falcon Soars To New Heights

I have experienced several massages by Steven Falconetti ranging anywhere from one hour to two hours in length The massages were amazing and the only downside is that it s a disappointment when the end of the session has arrived Not only is Steven very kind and warm but he sets up a great atmosphere for the massage itself He caters to the client s every need is very attentive and closely adheres to his clients wishes and preferences regarding the type of massage desired and the strength of the massage requested He also creates a very relaxing and comfortable environment Steven has the added advantage of possessing a background in physical therapy which allows the maneuvers he performs to be more pertinent in terms of a health healing and flexibility standpoint Additionally his background as a personal fitness trainer and his vast knowledge of natural healing methods adds to his long list of talents and attributes Having treated patients myself for over 40 years as a physician and surgeon I can very much appreciate what Steven has to offer and I highly recommend him as a massage therapist He takes his work very seriously and he obviously enjoys very much what he does You have to love your work in order to achieve the best results and to end up with happy patients and that certainly describes Steven Dave E David M D

Steven is amazing

Steven is amazing I have been dealing with severe lower back pain recently He was able to work out some of the knots in my back and attributed a majority of it to my hamstrings and gave me some exercises to help and using a yoga strap Back story I was diagnosed with Stage 3B colorectal cancer last year and the chemo radiation did a number on my body I now suffer from peripheral neuropathy and can not work out like I was able to in the past so hence being dormant has caused a lot of tightening of the muscles from lack of use or stretching With the techniques Steven taught me I am able to properly stretch and strengthen the muscles and ultimately relieve the pain I have been suffering from Thank you Steven for passing along your knowledge outlook and most importantly your compassion Namaste
