Avoid FlyOne as it 1 Does not respect any regulation European or its national in field of delay or cancellation and Passenger rights fresh examples of flights of 18 12 2021 and 28 03 2022 from Lyon to Yerevan 2 ZERO 0 care and abusive online check-in as willfully can t download boarding card 3 FlyOne 0 customer service non existing4 in the aircrafts when departing from France staff speaks mostly in Russian and little English 5 using eu internet domain name it should be in conformity with EU European Union laws this is not the case with FlyOne

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this airline The lack of communication regarding the postponed flight was unacceptable Not only were the staff unhelpful and rude but the changed flight hours were not communicated through any means - no updates at the airport no emails no messages We were just left waiting with no information I strongly advise against flying with this airline it has been by far the worst flying experience I have ever had

Arrived at Luton Airport today to fly to Moldova and our flight had been cancelled We weren t notified I wish I had read the reviews but the only options from England to Moldova are from Luton or Stansted and both are either Fly One or Wizz Air and Wizz Air s reviews aren t much better Prepare to be disappointed if you book with Fly One

Usual trick of low cost airline that tries to get money on all sorts of adds on But this time the best you have to check in online it doent work and and when arriving at the airport need to pay 38 euros as a penalty for not doing something that doesn t work Probably intentionally

They stole over 1000 from my family

Do not think and do not dare to ever buy a plane ticket from this company I fly a lot and I have never encountered such behavior and attitude My family and I bought five flight tickets from Brussels Belgium to Chisinau in Moldova about three minutes after buying the tickets we found out that for some reason the return date was changed to a month later they did not agree in any way to change or refund even that it was a mistake of their site or even ours claiming that we did not buy insurance for card cancellation And so we lost over 1000 euros in an instant

Flight from Luton to Chisinau To avoid extra cost for the seat reservation my elderly parents both over 70 and my mum is disabled completed the online check-in registration 24h prior departure They were allocated seats far apart 16 and 30 Once they boarded they noticed that the plane was approximately only 30 full because in many places there was only one passenger per three seats When my mum asked to sit next to my father as the seats next to him were free she had a very rude reply from the flight attendant something about them being mean and not willing to pay extra to reserve the seats
