Extremely Poor and Unresponsive Customer Support Flysmarter’s customer service is extremely disappointing. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with the company. I called their phone number more than 30 times over two days at different times, but every attempt led to the same automated message stating they were busy and unable to answer. I never managed to speak with an actual representative. They are equally unresponsive via email. I sent several messages and did not receive a single reply. If you require any kind of support or assistance, do not expect it from this company. Based on my experience, Flysmarter is completely unreachable and unresponsive.

Amount charged twice to my credit card demanded fee for return
When I made the booking I was informed that the booking was ok but the payment credit card was not completed So I went through the process again according to their email This resulted in the amount charged TWICE When I asked for a return they demanded a fee of 40 EUR for their costs and said I had agreed to their general terms all this in a very unfriendly tone too

Luckily I booked the phone support with Flysmarter we had an name issue on the ticket - and the support Team really tried with us in last 24 Hours to get the name corrected I called them 3 times - and they tried to help me really It was the airline not willing to cooperate with them even the Flysmarter support called Emailed them In the end the flight was possible - even first and last name were vice versa on the ticket we just checked in then vice versa and it was no issue on the airport even flying out from USA

Their support is really fast I contacted them because my baggage allowance was not immediately visible within the airline booking management portal However they immediately replied with all booking details from their system confirming that all is fine And on the next day also all information appeared within the airline s portal This was a nice experience Will book again
