Fast and efficient
Quite recently I ve asked Flysmarter to refund the money for my ticket purchased in March 2020 Not only they ve answered my emails pretty much immediately in an extremely pleasant manner they made a refund so fast that it shocked me and my colleagues I highly recommend this agency

When the airline made a schedule change Flysmarter was very quick in informing and also quick in responding to my email This is important so one do not get the feeling that your travel needs will actually happen They are also specific in including luggage to be checking in in the ticket price Few of their competitors do that

When I got covid six days before my scheduled international trip that I booked with FlySmarter I knew I couldn t go on the trip as planned I was on the phone and communicating by email with FlySmarter for close to two days straight as we kept trying and trying to find new plane tickets for the following week consisting of three flights in each direction for my two kids and I In the end FlySmarter found me the perfect rebookings and provided purely outstanding friendly service the whole time I m going to my destination a week later than planned but couldn t be happier with this travel agency Thank you FlySmarter
