Fantastic service from the Norwich branch Car booked in with ease and collection of the car sorted out with no problems I was kept informed all the way through until completion of the repair and then a phone call to arrange delivery back to my home address Really impressed with the standard of the repair and the overall cleanliness of the car on return

FMG are fantastic when doing repairs and they check the vehicle for chips and scratches which when I got the vehicle back they had all vanished Clearly FMG take pride in their work to provide outstanding service I cannot recommend this company enough extremally pleased with their work

FMG have been fantastic from start to finish A massive thank you to all the office staff the guys who picked up and returned my car and everyone in between The customer service has been fantastic and better than I ve ever experienced and my car was returned looking better than before the accident so thank you to the valet team too You made a rubbish experience a really pleasant one thank you
