Good stuff bad company

I can t leave a review on the fms page and I know they probably won t see or care about this review but FMS model has really cool stuff Very competitive products on the market The main problem is the company care very little about the consumer I have yet to receive any information about an order I placed almost 2 weeks ago Good products bad company

FMS as a company is a joke

FMS as a company is a joke their RC s are great but customer service is a waste of time They give false fake tracking updates and the courier they use is ridiculous Item was purchased may 7 as of June 15th I still haven t received it They blame the courier and have washed their hands of any responsibility DO NOT buy from FMS website

Terrible business practice for returning items

Terrible customer service Received item and did not open box Wanted to return because wrong color was inadvertently ordered Was told I would be charged an 8 restocking fee Totally ridiculous for an unopened sealed package I would never do business with this company again

I ordered 2 Fms RC airplanes ranger 2

I ordered 2 Fms RC airplanes ranger 2 Both airplanes had problems with the elevator not working Contacted support they attempted to help and fhen told me to go find a local hobby shop to help Website says to contact for returns but no one ever answers Phone or email Too bad as the product looked ok except would not works properly Think quality problems with receivers I now have to dispute with my bank don t recommend FMS
