I appreciate that not everybody has had a positive experience with FOCO but I couldn t fault them I ordered my item the week before Christmas and it was delivered in plenty of time The gnome that I ordered was of an excellent quality and I look forward to seeing my husband open it on Christmas Day

Shipping Issue Satisfied Order

I placed an order Sale Item on Nov 30 As of Dec 14 the item had not arrived From the tracking it appears UPS misplaced lost the item It never made it to my local USPS I contacted FOCO and within several hours they notified me that they would ship a replacement with 2 Day FedEx shipping No additional cost Item arrived today No issues Thank you to FedEx for earning a 1 in my world shame on UPS and thank you FOCO for satisfying this order in time for the holidays

I can t believe that I am seeing so

I can t believe that I am seeing so many bad reviews I have ordered a number of items from this company and always had the best service The products were as described and customer service was excellent when I had a problem Once I was sent the wrong product and they emailed a label immediately I then received a defective product and within a few hours I received a postage paid label

Fantastic service

Fantastic service We had really quick delivery There was an issue with the item but when I contacted customer services I had a really quick and efficient response the replacement pieces were posted out immediately with no extra cost Would happily but from these again

Forgotten Discount

I placed an order with FOCO and in error forgot to put the discount code before I placed the order I immediately sent them an email explaining the situation and within 5 minutes REALLY received an email that they had credited my form of payment the discount amount I was totally surprised that they did it at all but the speed in which they took of care of this was amazing Definitely recommend this company and will shop here again

Foco redeem their selfs

Last time I wrote a review for this company I gave them one star I ve now experienced the best customer service I have ever received They e-mailed me and asked what parts were missing Chelsea logo and promptly sent the missing parts out at no extra cost Brilliant customer care and will be shopping with them again

Refund received very quickly

I requested a refund an hour after I ordered a few items for personal reasons I emailed a note to their website asking for a refund and a very nice person called right away apologized to me and submitted a refund to Paypal I was happily surprised given the comments on this site I may consider ordering again at some point Good customer service for me
