My plants Ph majestic Ph splendid were very well packaged and arrived without any damage They shipped them in isolating material and with a heatpack that was still giving off heat upon arrival Plants were better than on the photos They ve grown quite a bit since the photos were taken which was a welcome surprise The plants are now in our cabinet recovering from transport and doing great A very pleasant experience all in all
