I want to compliment the company it was the whole story with my order one year and a half ago I decided to put an experiment and use new technologies bathroom asessories on vacuum no drilling hura but Right after one year a standard warranty from a manufacturer all the assessories started falling down from walls I remembered that FonQ provides their additional warranty I called them they offered first a replacement - it was all right but the manufacturer stopped with a production of some accessories then they offered me a replacement of vacuum fixing elements I accepted it but the manufacturer did not have enough and then FonQ offered a smart solution gift cards covering the amount of money which I paid for my order I sent all the defected items back and after one month of waiting I knew from FonQ that they did not receive all the assesories although they were sent in one box It was the time for me to worry but withtin one week their customer service checked all the data reconfirmed the total amount and sent me gift cards Yes I still used my money for the same company but now I am a happy owner of a nice vacuum cleaner The representatives of a customer service are very polite and professional they never show their irritation and I really appreciate it
