Waste of time dealing with these guys You typically place an order and then between five and twenty five minutes later you get the notification that the restaurant is too busy to take your order I can understand this on a Friday or Saturday night but often like today I ordered at 11am for a 12pm delivery and they still cancel I got an email literally 2 minutes after I ordered saying the restaurant cancelled the order Why even bother advertising then on the site Mickey mouse operation

The worst service I ever experienced

The worst service I ever experienced was from Foodora in Stockholm We ordered 28 dishes from one place to the office which came 1 1 2 hour late During which time the website completely lied about the whereabouts of the delivery man and the estimated time left We got no accurate information from them whatsoever and the customer service person even lied about the delivery man being at the restaurant picking up the food The restaurant was 5 minutes away and he didnt show up til 35 more minutes later had we known he wasn t there yet we would have picked the food up ourselves instead they purposely made us wait that much longer A lot of people at the office had to give up waiting and buy their own food since they had to get back to work When making a formal complaint about this what they gave us was flat out embarrassing and insulting - a 150kr 17 dollars coupon to cash in at our next purchase that expired in two weeks Mind you we spent 4200kr 488 dollars on the food We complained several more times and they would not give us any response or compensation This was not the first time they had been late they have frequently been at least 30 min late What upset us most was not that they were late but how horribly and rudely they handled every step of the process Spare yourself the money and the unbelievable frustration and just never use foodora

I too wish I could give no rating for foodora deI placed an order - unlike any other before and everything always went okay until the last time I ordered a few weeks ago The delivery would take 45 minutes I thought fine they are busy Anyway I used their tracking service and not once was the delivery guy outside of my apartment and if he was then it wasn t too difficult to see there is only one door facing the clearly labelled street and street number as well as it being the only residence on my street it is next to a bar that is closed in the week with my name clearly on the bell button I email customer services several times and finally got a reply today telling me I am not entitled to a refund because the driver couldn t contact me We I ve never needed to be contacted before If I got my refund back I might be a little kinder but the fact that they are blaming me for the mess is what I find intolerable Ich stimme mit des alles Kommentaren aus anderen Kunden SCHLECHT SERVICE Kein lieferung keinen R ckfeld Kann nicht empfehlen

Foodora is a scam

Foodora is the kind of service that needs minus ratings implemented There is no phone support They sell you food that will not arrive The German style chat support is too busy and rude for customers to resolve any problem they tell you bye and shut it off This company should not be allowed to operate They don t accept any liability doing the delivery they promised but take your money The definition of a useless startup I had to open a dispute with the bank to get my money back

Total Skam I spent 204 Sek and got Absolutely different order I contacted them now 6 different Kundservice answer each one asking more info more pic they just play with you they just ask we don t see pictures or where is Ordering number While Everything is there they don t want to Refund nor fix issues all fake nicknames they use different names every reply to your emails oh sorry what can we help you with what is the problem can you send us all in different email every 24 hours one different person answer they don t want to fix fel orders

40min of waiting for nothing I have never seen such a service like this Help agent is totally uneducated Ruined whole evening After getting through all the procedure they said it s delivered but nothing came I want to make a complaint and ask what happened but they just forced me to wait more When I can finally asked for what happened they just said everything is wrong and then end the chat without asking me if I need more help or explain action Thanks for nothing just delete the app everyone
