Wouldn t change the size on a shirt had to cancel but they will hold my money 3 to 7 days and customer service refused repeatedly to let me speak to a supervisor Very unhappy will never use this company again

pissed off customer terms of service agreement

This company sent me a women s jersey of a player I don t even know Everything about the package I received was wrong I tried to chat with someone and it just went dead after waiting for 20 minutes like searched for a phone number and in order to get one it said I had to write a reason I needed someone to speak to and I had to agree to the pissed off customer terms I couldn t believe what I was reading and thought it was a joke I finally got a hold of someone and they just said we re out of the correct item sorry What an Inconvenience now I have to return this item in order to get a credit which will probably take two weeks Horrible horrible customer service

Placed a return on a gift that I received and was promised that the entire return amount would be on a gift certificate Days went by and I haven t received the gift certificate yet so I reached out to fanatics to check the status only to find out that only a portion was out on a gift certificate Glad I asked before the chat was over to confirm the amount because I was being ripped off and given less money than was paid for They refunded the difference of course but not in a gift certificate but instead the original payment which I would never get because IT WAS A GIFT Positive that they ve been ripping plenty of people off by taking a portion of their return money This was absolutely terrible and the service was horrible

Received 50 gift card for fathers day

Received 50 gift card for fathers day After returns and shipping I was in the negative dollar wise Sent emails and finally got a 34 gift card Codes pins subscriptions passwords emails taxes shipping returns etc I ended up with 19 t-shirt with a few dollars left in my balance that if I want to use I would end up having to spend more to pay the balance Bottom line 50 got me a 19 t-shirt and a couple hours of my time waisted

Fanatics is awful

Why does Fanatics have a monopoly on so many licensed products I ordered a New Era MLB Cardinals that that was described as Navy When it arrived it was Black There is no where to review the product I wonder why Because Fanatics messes everything up I m satisfied with maybe 1 in 4 orders ugh

Ordered a product that needed to be returned Requested store credit to use purchasing another product After 1 month multiple customer service attempts and a delivered return product I ll be disputing this charge and ensuring people are aware what bad Customer Service they have

This company is dog I bought a hoodie on line and when I tried to return it because it was too small I was told it wasn t eligible for return because it was custom game worn or final which means their Return s 365 policy is bull too because it s not custom and came to us just like it was on line it certainly wasn t worn and wont be because it doesn t fit I guess it s just not eligible for return because it falls under the final category Nice company It ll be my last bought with them

150 missing egift card

1 star for now I ordered a 150 egift card at least 3 hours ago I still haven t received an email confirmation When I attempt to check my order with the billing email address and the delivery email address I get a message stating my order can t be found Prayerfully the egift card will appear in the delivery address tomorrow
