Bought Footjoy boots recently and they leak very badly - I can practically wring my socks out but Footjoy did their testing and can t find any leaks Bought a new pair of waterproof shoes and they leak as well but were sent back and tested which a complete joke as they were passed DON T BUY FOOTJOY as there is NO GUARANTEE whatsoever with them I have used Footjoy for years but never again

Footjoys Inferior Product and Service

I purchased a pair of Footjoy Tour A golf shoes and they leak First time of wearing them on a very wet muddy course and both feet were wet Returned them to the retailer who sent them off to Foootjoy s testing system and they returned them saying they did not leak I asked for a video on how they test the shoes and it shows the shoes being dipped in and out of water for a short period on time This test did not recreate walking around a wet course for 4 hours So I complained and they tested them again and guess what - they said they did not leak But when I put the shoes in a bowl with water just above the sole and upper join and leave them for an hour both shoes are wet inside So Footjoy I do not rate your service or your products and its the last time I will buy any of your products and I have posted this review on my Golf Club notice board

I think Footjoy has a lot of good clothes and equipment to sell but the company doesn t have it together I ordered and paid online Asked to ship to my APO since it was in the options but never received my order because they work on resolving the issue sending to APO The company reimbursed me but is this a way of treating a service member

Footjoy golf shoes - awful

I have bought two pairs of footjoy shoes and both have created issues and plantar fasciitis due to the unyielding solid plastic sole and paper thin innersoles Little if any effort at all has been made to provide cushioning to the feet and when you are paying nearly 180 for a pair you would expect better quality and more attention to the innersole quality

Poor customer service

I purchsed a pair of SuperLites XP Golf shoes direct from FootJoy online last year in February and the uppers have split and are also coming away from the sole I contacted Footjoy asking if they could do anything but was told they are out of warranty so couldn t I stated the shoes should last longer than just over a year and they were not fit for purpose as per my consumer rights I received the same response back stating as out of warranty they could not be sent back for a replacement When I then said I m not after a replacement just a partial refund or credit of a new pair of shoes I liked the shoes they were very comfitable and fitted well I feel a pair of shoes should last well over a year considering only worn once or twice a week for about 4 hours

Purchased a pair of xl pro shoes from American golf for an expensive price worse pair of golf shoes for comfort I ve ever owned Gave huge blisters due to poor design of a hard plastic bit to the rear Took them back to American golf who told me to take it up with footjoy who then told me to go back to the retailer American golf After no luck with either American golf or footjoy and with these becoming even more painful to wear I stopped using them altogether and purchased a different brandI have always worn footjoy shoes in the past but due to their poor customer service will not buy from them in the future

Footjoy Shoes - inferior quality

Have always worn Footjoy golf shoes with no problems until latest pair of SL Pro which cut and blistered my heel Problem is that the leather and cushioning are now both of inferior quality to past years Very poor product and won t be buying Footjoy again

Footjoy Pro SL

I purchase a pair of pro SL s just over a year ago however I did not wear them for the first time until September Shoes are peeling at front Footjoy dismissed my email as shoes were out of warranty - which I understand But surely shoes should last more than a year Personally I will now be purchasing Under Armour or Adidas again Poor product quality
