When I ordered my trainers I did t get no confirmation email and then when I read the reviews I got more doubtful about my order but they finally got in contact with me and had sent me all the details I needed for my order and I have just received my trainers and they are perfect with no damaged

Was concerned when i didnt recieve my confirmation email and then reading the reviews here i was doubtful i was going to get my package I then received my order confirmation a few days after ordering and just recieved my shoes 3 days after ordering Shoes are in great condition and was worth the worry

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service Made an order on Foot locker and had a few questions about my order so I went onto the Live chat and spoke to a really helpful advisor called Silvia I didnt have to wait in a queue and her response was informative and quick She answered all my questions and even emailed me the day after to update me on my order just like she said she would Really happy with the whole experience and will 100 be shopping here again Thanks again Silvia x

Order Jordan Air Max 3 for my son for Christmas Was dubious after I saw the reviews and asked for the order to be cancelled No response from customer service but had an email during the night to say they had been dispatched and were with me two days after I placed the order and have now taken receipt of them from DHL Cannot complain at all Very happy with how quickly these have been expedited
