Dear ford I ve been a anything American owned cars my whole life but mostly General Motors I bought a 2008 mercury mariner premier can t afford anything new 6 months ago in a auction Has 200000 miles on it runs like a beast with the original v6 Now I do have a issue with the stupid transfer case locking up and other small things the major was rear shock everything blew up thru the rear floor of car and I ve welded hillbilly things here and there to keep it going while driving 55miles one way to work with my 7month old child to his babysitter If your wondering about the 5 stars had a amazon prime van driver brand new heavy duty ford sprinter not paying attention hit us head on I m doing 45mph he was I think looking for address going 5-10mph my 7month old I m back seat my child s mother and I driving we are sore but walking and alive and my 7month old son uninjured For a old worn out beater my family and I was safe while the newer sprinter took more damage But both My family and driver of sprinter walked away I just want to thank you the car is totaled but my family is safe

I would like to take a moment to say some kind words about the Ford dealer in Bozeman Montana My husband and I were on vacation we had a blowout on the interstate about an hour from Bozeman I called them because they were the closest one and talk to a lady named Lou I told her what happened and how scared I was and she talk to me the whole time tell me what to do how to get there and periodically had me call her back to let her know how far out we were Once we got there the people at the desk immediately put us at ease and worked on our car for us the next day They showed us The nearest hotel and told us to be there the next morning They were so kind to us and our little dog worked on our car immediately They even stayed in touch with us until we got to our destination in West Yellowstone I wish all Ford dealers were as good as this one Thank you to the Bozeman team for helping us save our vacation

I just purchased a 2020 F150 lariat from John Thomas Jack Madden and want to say that my salesman John Thomas was by far the best in the business He was so easy to work with I called him and told him what I was looking for in the vehicle When I arrived to look at the truck he had a truck parked out front He copied a few window stickers for me to look at Along with what he thought was the best of the bunch He was right on with the truck He explained the difference between the vehicles and why he thought this truck looked the best I ended up purchasing the exact vehicle John suggested I could not be more pleased with the truck But more importantly with John He has a loyal customer for life I have purchased many trucks over the years and dealt with many dealerships and salesmen And John outshines them all You are lucky to have a salesmen like him at your dealership and I will purchase my vehicles from him
