My situation I import goods from several Chinese suppliers on a single container I have developed a strong relationship with my agent Jessie at the Shenzhen office She is my single point of contact with Foresmart She coordinates delivery with every supplier so that my goods all arrive at her facility in an efficient manner coincident with the dates to meet shipping deadlines She is thorough and ensures that each supplier provides the required paperwork She is committed and always communicates in a timely manner She is a problem solver and problems arise It is our experience that she views our problems as her own and works toward taking the necessary steps She has established a position of trust and we consider ourselves fortunate to be associated with her And she doesn t work alone she has the support of an efficient office The warehouse staff are capable as the containers are always efficiently packed without wasted space We have had 0 00 damaged products on each of our 40 containers I would give more stars if they were available
